I reserved a large double bed and i think ive received the room ill pay for. There is no view, but if you look to the left, you can see the print work. A tiny double bedroom. Good location, though, excellent breakfast, and helpful staff.

I will definitely return for another stay because it is close to all the amenities in the city center of manchester. The wife and i could not have asked for a deposit that was returned the day afterward in my bank. Excellent room with views of downtown manhattan, adored the jacuzzi breakfast was delicious and delivered promptly.

Very modern, bright and spacious rooms. A full modern kitchen is provided. The pool is a nice place to relax and the location is very central.

Excellent stay at the city suites, the staff was very friendly, and the room on the fourth floor had a fantastic view of the cathedral, was spacious and clean, had all satellite channels on tv, loved the walkin shower, enjoyed the full english in the swanky restaurant, were very satisfied with our stay, will return.

This time, i would definitely stop and reserve a slot again. Lovely hotel in an excellent location. The receptionist is friendly. Tip. Make reserving supper early because it gets busy and takes ages to be served. We waited 20 minutes after sitting down to receive bottled water.

The room was really nice and comfortable, with everything you need in it. The staff were friendly. This place is very comfortable and offers great value for the price. I would like to suggest some improvements. Towels or kitchen rolls would be appreciated. Reducing the amount of chlorine in the pool jacuzzi is hard to breathe in.

The restaurant is fantastic, but it has separate reviews, so i wont include that here. It should be rated as a fourstar establishment! Similar service to voyaging website and not comparable to the majority of fivestar hotels. I liked the convenience of being close to downtown because ive not been from manhattan. The room was immaculately clean and had all the amenities one could have asked for. However, he was surprised that there was no service for sytayed 5star accommodations. We stayed for one night per lastminute offer, giving the impression that we received our moneys worth. If if ill have paid full price, then il would have preferred reserving fewer rooms with more amenities.

The price is reasonable, the facilities are complete, and there is a swimming pool and gym. Highly recommended. The location is right in the city center. Its only ten minutes walk from the store. You can cook in your room.

This hotel is in a great location. A mall, tv shows, restaurants, canals, churches, and nightclubs are all within walking distance of this hotel. Its incredibly convenient to stay here. We enjoyed our room. Although the bed was not particularly comfortable, we experienced some back pain. The amenities were excellent. People of all ages can enjoy the pool and hot tub. However, it would be preferable to leave towels in the basket because i always ask for them when im at the swimming pool.

I had an amazing time. The breakfast was firstrate. Excellent food quality. Second, the room was a complete apartment with en suite facilities such as utensils, kitchens, living rooms, and laundry. Everything was spotless and organized. Very helpful and polite staff. Location is 5 minutes walk to the victoria station and upscale shopping center. Lovely sauna and pool. I wholeheartedly endorse this hotel, as well as the restaurant, not just for breakfast but also for dinner. Food is delicious! I will definitely return for my next travels.

I would definitely stay again and strongly recommend the apartments. I just wanted to give a positive review of the excellent service provided to us by the front office manager, raul alam. He handled tasty, professional, and courteous situations, went above and beyond to assist, was genuinely able to serve as he needed to. The room was immaculate, the staff was friendly, and the hotel is in a prime location. A lovely addition is the nespresso machine and sky on tv. The mattress was firm, my partner and i both found the bed to be uncomfortable, with flat and lumpy pillows and an extremely firm mattress. We found that the sofa was more cozy.

I stayed in this place on both nights, december 2022 and deceivingly august 2023. As a family of four, we usually book hotels, but citysuites offers better value for money and provides us with two bedrooms, utensils, and bathrooms. The positive sides are the friendly staff, the excellent location, an excellent pool, delicious breakfast. But the negative sides include unclean curtains, uncomfortably uncomfortable sofas, poor air conditioning, bad aircon, etc. Overall, recommended for settling into mr.
