The price is worth it with the nice room. The good thing is the hotel is so cosy. The triple room on the top floor but in double use. The nice thing is the comfort that is given here. And then the staff was so shrewd and not very friendly. After that the service was nice, the location is close to the wandsworth road. Subsequently, the check-in process was very slow, so you still have to make a decision if you want to go to the hotel.

The building itself is very nice and the room was very clean and tidy. To in my room didn't work, which was a shame, but the bed was lovely and comfortable. The bathroom was bigger than the bedroom I stayed in, room 2, which was also very nice and clean. My only problem with this room was the door that led outside through the bathroom.. I didn't enjoy sitting on the toilet looking straight at a door that was floor to ceiling glass. Anyone could have walked up to it and looked through to see what was going on even easier when it was dark outside and the lights were on in the bathroom.. quite creepy. Didn't like that. My second problem was the floorboards in the room above mys. Someone there woke up at night and kept moving around for two hours before leaving. It was so unbearably loud that no chance I could sleep through it woke me up abruptly and continued for two hours so no sleep for me as I had to get up at all. That ruined my stay, but there was nothing to be done about it. The room was lovely and warm, the shower was great, lots of cupboard space and wardrobe, and complimentary tea and coffee. If needed, I would stay again, but I would ask for a different room.

The checkin personnel at the sister location, the Chelsea Guesthouse, were pleasant and informative. Expect a 10-minute walk from Chatham to London. This is clearly noted on their website. Chatham Guest House provided adequate accommodation, though the bedroom furnishings were sparse, no nightstands or dressers and the bed wasnt particularly comfortable. The en suite bathroom was stylish and tasteful. The guest house is on a busy street, wandsworth road, so theres a lot of traffic noise. Bus, overland train, and tube transportation are available quickly. We booked using Exit, and I think the cost of 805 for 5 nights was a little high, especially since the rates went up for the last two nights of our stay on Friday and Saturday.

The room was clean, with high ceilings and a large bathroom. I got a bit of a pain trying to get the key at the sister guest house 5 if not carrying suitcases 5 minutes walk away. A fair trek from Chatham Junction trains and the 2 closest tube stops, but plenty of buses. The major downside was the noisy floorboards in the rooms above, if you have agitated upstairs neighbors, you will hear them! There's no sign outside indicating that you made it!.
