Ill start with the positives. Bookings. Com messaging made it simple to communicate with the hotel. I was greeted warmly, checking was straightforward, and I received all the information I needed. Breakfast was delicious, and the girls provided it! WiFi provided excellent service. Now for the bad. The parking lot is small! It will be challenging to enter the entrance if you have a big vehicle. When you entered, our room had a nice appearance, but it was simple to discern all the problems once you got to bed or used the restroom. The restroom was terrible. The floor was bowing, making it difficult for you to maneuver in the bathroom. The towel rail was hanging out, with numerous, unfilled holes, see all pictures. The shower head was the worst thing that was so uncomfortable that I couldn't use it! When washing my face, water ran everywhere. The linens had ripped throughout the caravan, and it was filthy. The bed was by far the worst part. You can see pictures, and two pillows were stained. I would never stay again, despite the nice staff.

I'm extremely pleased to have remained there. Simple to find. Parking on-site is simple. Friendly and knowledgeable. Clean and comfortable, including a comfy bed, pillows, and lightweight duvet for warmer weather. The shower was problematic for me, but I'm confident it will be fixed soon. excellent cooked breakfast. This is a fantastic alternative at a reasonable price. Good double glazing on a busy street. Of course, no air conditioning at these prices, so if it is hot, there may be some traffic noise if you want the window open, but there wasn't a lot of traffic at night.

We stayed for two nights in a family room whilst visiting family in Preston. The Claremont was clean, warm, comfortable and great value. We were delayed due to a cancelled ferry and they very were accommodating about a late check-in.

The with Satnav wasn’t easy to find but that might be down to me. The hotel owners were friendly and informative. The hotel was clean, comfortable with good WiFi. I had a good nights sleep with no unwelcome noise.I never stayed for breakfast as I was up early after stopping one night. Car parking off the road was adequate and I couldn’t argue at the price.

Very good size room enough windows to open, parking on site, breakfast and staff was amazing. Unfortunately I’m a light sleeper and we had a room at the front where there is a main road.

Bathroom was very tired looking but was functional. Greeting upon arrival was cold and made us feel a little uncomfortable. Service at breakfast was fast and made us feel rushed. Beds were comfortable and parking was good.
