In the oxford area, this property has about the best position. It is on a quiet street with little or no traffic, and there are at least 50 restaurants, a ton of shops, and the university within easy walking distance. The hotel is also across the street from the castle prison, giving you access to some regional color. Regardless of how busy they are, every one of the employees I have encountered has been helpful and attentive. Thank you for all your help during my recent visit, breakfast employees, and operations managers. The rooms are a decent size, and they are nicely furnished with modern electronic connections and contemporary furnishings. The size of the rooms is nice and there is enough room to move around and feel at rest when compared to other rooms I have had in the uk. There has been a lot of attention to detail in the construction and design of this relatively new property, soundproofing between rooms is decent, and the evac system is whisper quiet, both of which are advantageous for a quality sleep. The bed is comfortable and is furnished with good bedding. The bath towels are among the largest I have ever seen. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but when you stay somewhere that pays that much to incur an additional cost for your comfort, it appears in other, lesser-known ways as well. This hotel has a large and new courtyard that differs from other hotels in the UK. The room size is quite large. The facilities are adequate, including free printing for visitors. The housekeeping's response is kind, and when I asked for anything, it delivered in ten minutes. Salmon is served for breakfast, which is typically continental. Also, the roof garden offers a wonderful location to view the city. Bow, thank you for the professional response from Am Simon, who assisted us in resolving the reservation issue.

I heartily suggest this hotel to anyone visiting Oxford. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center but in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It is clean, tidy, and contemporary. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. There is a wide range of amenities and a good quality buffet-style breakfast. The employees are all competent, polite, and helpful. Particular thanks to louise bird, the operations manager, who is attentive and ensures that everyone enjoys their stay. Her obvious focus on service has raised expectations for this hotel over expectations. Similar to what we've experienced at ritz carlton, all our needs have been met. Thank you so much for making our stay special!

They were very helpful and if you want to go to another hotel, we will recommend it to you and the staff. And then, the atmosphere was very comfortable. After that, they provide a space on the roof terrace for a small cocktail reception. Subsequently, the room was great. Besides that, they had the best service we got, especially from Christina and Louise.
