This property exceeded my expectations, they have created an extremely modern environment whilst being sensitive to the history of the old building, it has been cleverly adapted and sits in beautiful gardens near to the loch and just on the outskirts of the town, I thought given its luxurious feel it represented really good value for money, the staff were great and the breakfast was fantastic, they even had the convenience of 2 EV chargers which were useful for me

Everything from the property to the beautiful rooms and delicious breakfast is outstanding. This place is serene and enchanting. Just a couple minutes away is the center of town and major attractions. My partner and I would stay here again and recommend it.

Great property, with parking and good sized rooms, plus an excellent breakfast setup. Bed was very comfortable. Extended lounge with complementary whiskeys to try, and other guests were friendly and open to conversation. Located at the north end of Pitlochry, but only a 3 minute walk to the town. Excellent heating in the room. I particularly liked how friendly the staff were. Definitely a place to stay at again.

We had an excellent one night stay at Craigatin House. Gary gave us a very warm welcome and a detailed and helpful check-in experience. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were encouraged to make use of the lounge with a cosy fire and complimentary whiskies during our stay. The room was very clean, well-decorated, comfortable and spacious, with a great selection of teas and coffee, and also wine glasses and a corkscrew. There are lovely views from room 9! Breakfast was very enjoyable, with prompt friendly service and many delicious options. The house is set a short walk away from Pitlochry town centre, and has a very peaceful setting with a lovely garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return. Many thanks to Gary and his team for a superb experience!

Great location just on the edge of town, nice and easy to find. Staff were all great throughout, check-in was straightforward and painless, room was immaculate and comfortable, even better than it looked in pics. Breakfast was fantastic too (don't miss the porridge with whisky and honey!). Will definitely be back on our next trip to the area.

Everything was lovely with the exception of the shower which was a little cramped and had low pressure. The host Garry was friendly and very accommodating. A beautiful lounge to sit and relax by the cozy fire while enjoying a wee dram. We would indeed love to return

Clean room, lovely decor. Little touches that made it all that more cozy and welcoming. Decorative wallpaper, throw blanket and pillows that matches the room decor. Just lovely. Bed wasn’t super hard which I loved. Book beds are usually miserably hard and this was nicer would have loved memory foam even more, but they did have one in a room it was just booked. Lovely hosts. Alyx was great, as was Derrick, Gary and everyone at the hotel. Would def return!

Everything! Very warm welcome, great accommodation, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was probably the best I've ever had in a hotel. Breakfast staff were so nice and friendly. Lounge area was so comfortable with a fabulous wood burner and provided a rare area to meet and chat with other guests. In all when you're in Pitlochry stay here, or maybe just go to Pitlochry to stay here
