Very nice and helpful staff. Good location just a few minutes from Kings Cross, so very well connected to the public transport system. Decently sized rooms. Water bottles (both stilland sparkling) are provided every day free of charge. Our room was equipped with a fan that worked quite well. Two things to note: 1) the hotel does not have elevators (which is to be expected as its situated in an older and smaller building) so if you're travelling with heavier luggage be prepared to carry it up a staircase or two. 2) the double bed we had booked was quite small. We were fine using it because we're both on the smaller side but I could see how that could be problem if you're taller/bigger. Bed was very nice and firm though!

Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful especially helping with our bags up all the stairs and there were lots of them! Beds were comfortable. Its all about location here to both Kings cross station and St Pancras Station.

We had a lovely stay at the Crestfield Hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had everything we needed for our stay and everywhere was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great for travel to and from London, as was being able to leave our luggage after we checked out. Would definitely stay again on another visit to London.

A great location for Kings Cross and St Pancras. Only downside for me was no elevator. The room was very clean and very roomy. If you are taking the train a really convenient and affordable place to stay.

Service et accueil de qualité, on peut laisser notre bagage sur place le premier et/ou dernier jour si besoin , chambre petite mais fonctionnelle , seul point négatif c'est qu'ils ne proposent pas de petit déjeuner... mais bouilloire avec thé/café ,juste en face du métro et gare St Pancras .

Nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple dans ce petit hôtel proche de la gare. Nous avions la chambre 11 et nous avons trouvé que tout était parfait. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres, le personnel gentil et pas de bruit nous concernant. Je le recommande vivement
