Quite easily the worst breakfast i have ever had. Cooked breakfast was 10 mins late arriving for an 8 oclock start time. The bacon was just cooked. The Sausage was terrible i left most. The Fried eggs took another 10 minutes top arrive when they did the bottom of the egg was cooked, the tops were semi cooked and the egg tray had several MM of oil covering everything, the mushrooms had some sort of unidentifiable sweet taste ... ? Overall the worst breakfast I have had I would say. On the plus side all the bedding and towels were clean, but only because you must outsource the supply. Hopefully I'll never stay there or any any of your overseas properties (COMPASS HOSPITALITY HOTELS) again. Thanks for asking, I've told my friends, and business contacts. Dave.

We enjoyed our stay at crown spa hotel and also for the fact that it’s just a stone throw to the beach. The room was clean and serviced every morning, staff were really approachable and helpful whenever we needed support. We used the pool and the site was clean as well. I would definitely recommend.

Lovely room, immaculately clean and comfortable. The staff are terrific, super helpful and welcoming. I need to give a special mention to the waiter in the hotel's Taste restaurant. Miguel was brilliant. As well as being an accomplished waiter, he was so friendly and made our dining experience more than just a dinner out. His caring, attentive nature deserves commendation. Gina on the front desk was also wonderful. From arrival to departure she was friendly and helpful. Again, excellent customer service .

Lovely stay at this seaside hotel. Staff try so hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. Easy parking outside. great breakfast, super comfy bed. Only moan was bar food menu was a bit limited. But, what they served was nice. all in all a great hotel. We will definitely book again. highly recommended

We arrived on the 2nd of May 26 on arrival we went to reception to check in and it was very welcoming we was given our room numbers and which way to go to find them . We arrived by motorcycle and asked where to park we was told the car park was at the back of the hotel , our parking was free but if you arrive by car there is a charge . When we got to our room on the 5th floor we was pleasantly surprised at how big the room was , the bed was very comfortable plenty of storage room . We was taking a bath/ shower and was amazed ate the television over the bath it’s nice to lie in a bath and watch television. We had breakfast which was okay but thought it was a little expensive. We enjoyed our stay for the two nights with food out in town and drinks the bar in the hotel was great and all staff very polite.

Had a great stay, convenient to Scarborough spa, very hilly area around though. Room nice and clean but sink taps didn't work properly, no cold water, a half bottle of water left in fridge. The carpets in the corridors to the room abit tired could do with a really good clean or changing. The spa was lovely, the staff all friendly, had a lovely stay and would stay again, rooms very hot.
