We stayed here from March 1 to March 3, 2023. We have a pleasant demeanor and are very attentive without being too intrusive. They not only have local knowledge, but also provide guidance and practical assistance navigating tourist attractions. Nothing seemed too much trouble, in fact, they seemed to enjoy the possibility to make our stay even better.

I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. This weekend, we remained here. The initial issue we assumed we had reserved was the room that had been allocated instead. The front desk employee promptly resolved this. The accommodations need updating and are not of high quality. We believe the rooms will soon be upgraded with the updated spa and fitness center. Plenty of selection was provided for breakfast. The evening bartender needs to have a grin on his face. This is our fourth visit to this hotel. Its a little treasure that has wonderful walks along the Thames. The rooms offer stunning river views. This time, the only upsetting aspect for me was having to pay 15 per night for two nights to park in the hotel parking lot. Never had to pay this before, and it will put you off making a reservation in the future. Overall, we had a lovely stay. Excellent hotel in an excellent location.

I gave 910 for my South Conference. We held the South Conference in Reading Crown Plaza. The service was excellent. Isabel was great and looked after us all day. The only down note would be if there were some areas where it needed tactic. But overall, I would give it 910.

I recommend a balcony because it has an amazing balcony. We stayed here on three weekends out of four so it's that good. We like the views from the balcony. We have a reading habit and want to get away quickly. We booked an executive suite with club lounge access at this lovely hotel. You will get three drinks per adult plus a great breakfast.
