The room was too small, not as big as what was seen on the website. The bed couldn't conveniently contain two people. However, Mr Peter, the receptionist that received us, gave us excellent customer service. He made us feel at home. Kudos to him.

It’s good . Booked for a room with private toilet but had a little problem but was changed for a room with shared bathroom, staffs there were very friendly and helpful. Can’t complain much. Room was very neat and clean.

Really nice clean quiet room, friendly and very helpful staff. 24/7 reception and they have a small kitchen where you can cook yourself. Good simple breakfast.

Je tiens a préciser ici que la majorité des reproches fait a cet hôtel sur certains sites ne sont plus d'actualité.C'est propre ,certaine chambres ont été refaites J'ai vécu 4 nuits dans ce B/B comme un Anglais,partageant la cuisine et les sanitaires,le tout dans une bonne ambiance ,le personnel est aux petits soins ,je le remercie pour l'aide apporté pour le stationnement de ma voiture c'est un très bon rapport qualité/prix dans un pays assez cher ne chercher pas a comparer avec des Hôtels Français ou Allemand,c'est l’Angleterre!!! j'y retournerai avec plaisir discuter politique et voyage avec mon ami Égyptien

Wonderful staff, the room was very warm and comfortable! Shared bathroom and kitchen were clean too! It felt like more like a large house than a hotel, which might be great for some. The staff had every possible amenity I required and I'm grateful for the extended stay despite my late check in. Just be aware that as it's close to the high street (not necessarily a bad thing), you might get the odd busy traffic noise near you. Good, decent place to sleep for the night for a decent price.

I was very disappointed with the hotel, the room was very tiny, the bed was not comfortable, bathroom was not very clean, there was hair in the shower. Breakfast was not provided even though the booking said it would, I was offered a cup of coffee or pointed to where I could make one. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
