Our visit was enjoyable overall. The apartment is conveniently located next to Vauxhall's tube and train station and takes just eight minutes to ride the tube into central London. The complex has a number of restaurants and stores nearby. The apartment itself was spacious and I found the bed to be extremely cozy, however the apartment is extremely hot and stuffy with no air conditioning or a draft because there are few windows that can be left open to cool it down when you are out. Could be ideal for winter, but it was bitterly cold in the middle of July. Although only on one of four days, the doors from the living room and master bedroom open onto the patio and offered spectacular views of the thames. During the week we were there, the apartment was intended to be serviced, although even this wasnt completed. When we got there, it was relatively tidy. The wifi was excellent when it worked, but it stopped working the evening before we departed, and we didnt know how to reset it. The bathroom was fantastic, but there was no soap or shampoo in the en suite restroom. I find it strange that selfcatering apartments never offer a cloth or dishwashing liquid in the kitchen, although it appears to be widespread across all selfcatering facilities. We were reluctant to book the apartment because it appeared to be a hassle to find the keys, but this was well handled and the agent got us at the agreed

This place is in a great position. Our apartment is spacious and comfortable and has a balcony with views of the river. The apartment is right on the tube or you can walk to London Eye and Westminster in 20 minutes. This is a new development with good customer service. The lovely lady at check-in was very patient and friendly. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and river view. This is our favorite.

This is my first stay at this place, and I want to be sure to return for more. We have a good view, and the apartment is good. It has a strategic location, directly opposite the train station and tube station. There are some restaurants and 3 stores within 100 yards. The room size is big, with a large size. Sadly, there are no curtains, so expect an early rise. The blinds do not draw back in the lounge, which is an accident when going out onto the balcony. The TV has no signal so there is no point switching them on! My children's shower was always cold and hot. If these little problems were resolved, these would be fantastic, but I dislike creature comforts like sleep and television!.
