The staff were amazing. They had so many details like bringing milk to the room every day. The food was awesome. They made a great breakfast including eggs Benedict and a wonderful supper that gave you 3 different options for meat. The decor is amazing in both the bedroom and the rest of the decor. We felt very cared for. We loved the hotel!!!!

The rooms were lovely & clean. John & Lisa were extremely helpful & friendly. Food was extremely good. I would definitely recommend although maybe not so good if you have mobility issues. We had a lovely time & and would definitely return

The two night stay was absolutely brilliant, the hotel was lovely the owners could not do enough to make your stay as good as possible. The room we had was large and very comfortable and the food was second to none, breakfast and evening meals. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone whose interested in visiting Dunster.

We were very happy staying at Dunster Castle Hotel with Lisa and John. Very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious as was the roast dinner. Good portions and very tasty. It was great that we could take our dog. Room was spotless and very comfortable. We will stay again.

Very good hotel in the centre of Dunster so didn’t need to move the car for the whole weekend. We were able to park our car in the hotel’s car park at back of property. Breakfast was very good - freshly cooked, The owners were very friendly & helpful

I've stayed in many hotels and can't think of one where the owners went out of their way to help as much as here. At check in was greated with a very friendly host, without asking was offered a room upgrade. Extra's in the room such as a glass of sherry was a nice touch. Nothing was too much trouble and whilst breakfast was a pre-order menu, the rules were tick exactly what you want and it will be made fresh for you. When my wife woke up poorly, Lisa couldnt have done more to help, even blocking the room from other bookings incase we needed to stay. Highly recommend, we will definately be back when in the area next
