Checked in late, after calling to confirm that it would be okay. Was told that it would be fine. When I called the number on the unmanned reception desk, as instructed, the receptionist rudely arrived and barked, you should have called! I'm on my way home! Check in is until 10 o'clock! Without even a word of welcome. The mattress in the room was so uncomfortable that I didn't sleep well. No one at reception when we departed. The picture has the impression that you're staying in a lovely building but instead, you're in an annex, the walls are paper thin and you could hear every cough in the block! However, the room is clean.
