As per our T&C's we will require a government issued ID for you, the names of the guests staying and a (refundable) deposit which will be returned upon checkout provided the property is handed back in the condition it was handed to you.

Check in time is from 3pm – 7pm.
Check out time is 10am.
**You can request early check ins or late check out and we will do our best to accommodate you based on our availability. These may be chargeable

Upon booking, guests must provide a copy of the credit card they booked with (showing only the last 4 digits, name and expiry date) and one form of photo id (passport / driving license). Without this, guests will not be permitted to stay.

Only the named individuals may stay in the house.

Proof of photo and address ID will be required via email to info@crystalstays.com at the time of booking.

Security deposit will be required. this will be invoiced to you directly from us. This will be refunded as long as the terms and conditions are adhered too and the property is left in the immaculate condition it it given to you.

We can arrange for extra cleaning services at a chargeable rate

We operate a strict “No Party” policy. Any guests found to be in breach of these terms will be evicted with immediate effect.

On departure our agent will meet you at the property at an agreed time to collect keys. Any keys not returned or lost will incur a replacement charge of £70.00 per set.

Guest will be liable for any damage to or loss of any items within the property from the time of entry to the time of departure.

Breaching our terms and holding parties will incur further damage charges as well as excessive noise and / or smoking in the property.

The deposit refund will be processed within 5-7 working days provided all terms and conditions are met upon check out. **It can take upto 5-10 days after it is processed to reach your account

Any damages to the property or the contents will be deducted from the security deposit.

Crystal Stays. accepts no liability for any loss of items and or damages to personal belongings or to vehicle whilst parked in the car park

Cleanliness / Security of the property: You are responsible for the security of the property and your possessions during your stay – common sense should be applied at all times. Keep your possessions and valuables safe at all times.

The property is expected to be kept reasonably clean and tidy with security being highly considered at all times.

Doors should be locked, and windows should be closed when leaving the property unattended or at the time of checking out.

Any loss or damage caused to any property (or its contents) including stains on carpets, soft furnishings, towels and or bed sheets will incur a charge.

Crystal Stays reserve the right to charge you an additional fee of £150 for deep cleaning costs should the property not be returned in an acceptable condition and a fee of £500 will be charged if guest have been found to be smoking in the property.

Missing items: There is a £50 minimum fee for missing / damaged or unusable items including any cushions / throws / decorative items / pictures / mirrors/ electrical items / kitchen pots, /pans and utensils and /or bed linen / towels.

Pets: are not allowed **unless are guide dogs for visually impaired clients.

Incorrect Usage & Nuisance behaviour: The property, under any circumstances, is not to be used for parties, playing loud music or general nuisance behaviour which may adversely affect the neighbours.

Guests must have regard for other occupants in the area.

Loud music cannot be played after 9pm and before 9am.

Crystal Stays management reserves the right to terminate your stay if they are informed of any such anti-social behaviour has occurred. In the event of such a breach the full deposit will be deducted.

Only named guest permitted to stay at the property overnight.

No shoes inside the apartment.

Keep apartment tidy.

Empty bins regularly.

Empty food from fridge and freezer upon checkout.

Quiet times 9pm-9am.

No parties / noise / disturbance will be tolerated.
