The beachfront location is also very strategic as it is close to everything and on the beach. The cleanliness of the room is very good. The owner of this hotel even helped with the cheaper parking nearby. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend this place.

I stayed at this lovely guesthouse for four nights while I was working in Kent. The setting was ideal because I was right on the ocean. The guesthouse was lovely. Oh, and so quiet, perfect for early nights and early starts. After a hard day in the office, it was very enjoyable to sit on the paved terrace in front and watch the world go by. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were cozy. The establishment is excellent, it hits all the right boxes for me. If I were in the region, I would most definitely return. Makcaris, which is across the street, is a great location for coffee.

Hello, we stayed for one night, arrived on Thursday morning, checked into our room, which was large and clean. The bathroom was nice, we had a kettle and plenty of tea and coffee makers on a tray, and the bed was beautiful and comfortable, there was plenty of storage space, and the drawer had a hairdryer fan. The location is fantastic, the beach is literally cross-roads, and there is a central bandstand, clock tower, great pier, amusement stores, and gift shops right outside the door. I appreciate your wonderful stay. I'll definitely come back.

Friendliness of all the staff, cleanliness of the rooms, a beautiful shower, a calm atmosphere, and a location on the seafront, nice welcome from Nick our host, very good value for money. There are plenty of places to eat on the seafront even though there are only beds. We think a smart Turkish restaurant has good service and a weather station is nearby for breakfast. I would highly recommend it.

What a wonderful guest house. Our room was immaculate, and it had all the amenities you could need, including beautiful bed linen, a cozy bed, teacoffee, an iron, and a fan. A fantastic location, directly on the beach. Just steps from the beach, bars, and restaurants. There is no parking available, but we were fortunate to have a parking space directly across the street. Nick advised that he could make a 24 hour reservation for 8.00. Breakfast is not always served perfectly, but there are many nearby eateries. We were quite astonished by the hotel's quality for the money spent. This was a complete bargain, and I will definitely suggest it to friends and stay there again without a doubt.
