Our choice of a hotel, which would have been an enormous mistake, was far superior to any hotel stay I can recall. The frontier was consistently superior to any I can recall. We thought that as a Siamese couple living in a family home, it might be a little stifling, but the ideal hosts, Pauline Malcolm, made us feel quite welcome. The bedroom was extremely comfortable, the room was immaculate, cozy, tastefully decorated, and offered stunning views of the countryside. The attention to detail was outstanding. You could add toiletries, a sewing kit, and binoculars in the room to enjoy the scenery or the local wildlife. The bathroom was large, well-lit, and provided large fluffy towels. Breakfast was excellent and deliciously prepared.

July 2022. My sister and her dog spent three nights in this gorgeous I and I. The design is elegant and has a cozy country house look. We remained in room 1, which is a king room, but a single bed was added specifically for us. The room was spotless, with a large wardrobe and plenty of drawer space. From double-view windows, you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the garden and the countryside. The en suite is light and airy, with views of the fields, and the shower is roomy. If necessary, bathrobes and slippers were provided, and if you asked for a flask of fresh milk each day, which we thought was an excellent added touch and not something we had seen before. In addition, a list of eating options is given, with details on how far from frontier is and whether or not they are dog-friendly. Breakfast was awful, and any variation of the set menu was provided. We have four beautiful chickens in a pen in the garden who may bring freshly cooked eggs for our breakfast. This is a dog-friendly establishment, and the doggy hosts, lola and column, made Scooby, our four-legged companion, very welcome. There is a canine cupboard in the hall with treats, towels, and poo bags, etc. for dogs. Dogs can be served in the dining area, and

When going to a wedding, we stayed at the Frontier. The place is lovely, spotless, and clean, with a beautiful outlook. The owner is wonderful and so helpful! Breakfast is great and everyone enjoys it. Can't say enough good things about this place. Again, thank you Mal and Pauline.

We had a great time and the breakfast was delicious. Frontier Be is in a beautiful location, very clean and decorated to a high standard. Pauline and Mal give us a warm and friendly welcome and our dog.

I've been here twice now and wouldn't think about staying anywhere else in angle. Pauline makes the stay really enjoyable with her delicious cooked breakfast and a beautifully maintained house. My room was large, bright, and airy, with views of the fields. Really comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. So quiet and peaceful here, great place to relax in the garden.
