The hotel is in an ideal location with reasonably priced onsite parking. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was a good price and had a good selection. For the price it was very good, I would defiantly recommend.

The room for three of us was big enough, and also spacious parking space. The staff were kind and helpful. Convenient location. Reasonable price. Overall, very good!

For the price we booked the room with breakfast included, it was excellent value for money. Great staff too.

It was in a great location not far from Wolves Stadium and the city centre. The downside was its proximity to the ring road and traffic noise

Good value for a hotel within easy walking distance of the city centre. Quite a spacious room, but no drawers or cupboards. Some rooms face the ring road but ear plugs get rid of the traffic noise.

Good location. Near supermarket football stadium and petrol station. Maybe the staff are a bit isolated behind a glass window or maybe it’s necessary?

Room 209. City view. Lovely room, spacious and nice modern design. Good shower and bathroom. Bed fairly comfortable although dipped slightly in middle with 2 medium sized people in it. Pillows were plump. The only thing which let it down was the window catch was broken and the window would not close fully meaning the noise from the main ring road was loud and constant and woke me up several times in the night. I tried to put something inside the catch but it reduced the noise only a little. I suggest the hotel inspects and fixes this.

Room was newly refurbed, and done quite nicely. Lots of sockets around, but decided lack of storage. Just one tiny rail with 4 hangars on it, in a double room booked for 3 nights!!! No shelving, and just one drawer in the desk. I had to keep my clothes piled on top of my suitcase, jackets hanging off the back of the chair as there were no hooks either. I asked reception for extra hangars and was told I couldnt have any!!! I was disgusted - never been refused extra hangars in all my extensive travels. There's large new TV, and the bed was comfortable. However the shower is one of those awful static ones - I have long hair and dont want to get it wet every time I have a shower! No breakfast included and parking was an extra £5 per night. But it was the hangar situation that really got me - I mean, surely they could have a supply of some cheap metal hangars to loan out to people. Also no hairdryer in the room, although you can borrow one from reception. I wont be stopping here again though.

Rooms are newly refurbished, and look good. Plenty of sockets and have aircon which works really well. But there are some glaring errors. No storage!!! Just a tiny rail with 4 hangars, and when I asked for more i was told they werent allowed to give me any. There is just one drawer in the desk - no shelves and no other storage. This was a double room, for 3 nights and basically, just 2 hangars each! No hooks for wet jackets etc. So I had coats on the back of the desk chair, and piled on top of my suitcase. Crazy. The shower is one of those awful over the head ones, so you cant avoid getting your hair wet. As a woman with longer hair, that is a total pain. And no hairdryers in the room!!! I dont want to appear sexist, but I'd put money on the fact these rooms were designed by a man - look good initially but dont work on a practical level. Lovely mirror to match the wood behind the tiny hanging area, same shape, obviously been thought about, but then so little storage. Large TV - great, but would rather have the more practical things like storage, hairdryer and shower that you can use without wettimg your hair!!!

The lady at the reception wasn't very "friendly" at our arrival. Room didn't have hair dryer and only one set of very thin pillows, which wasn't ideal for 2 person stay. Overall room was clean and enough for one night stay. I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for peaceful stay as area is quite noisy (cars driving past with music blaring out full blast in the middle of night). We didn't have breakfast, but day food menu was pretty basic, so as bar selection.

We went fairly late at about 11pm and were charged £5 extra to park at the hotel. Car park quite shoddy with some work being done. We had to leave early Saturday at 8.15am next morning …put your card in the basket. The property was rated £49 on the Thursday for Friday stay then on the Friday we decided to stay it was rated £59 so quite disappointed considering it was probably worth less. The room was small and towel only for one supplied.

We have stayed here a few times, this time wasn’t great. The bar/cafe was closed, it was a shame we were not advised before we went, this is the main reason as an away fan we stay here. WiFi wasn’t working, staff were grumpy. Stayed on the 2nd floor, next to three roads, the road noise was terrible! Car park is full of rubbish. Should we play Wolves next season I will think twice about staying here again.

We were very disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, it was immediately obvious that the room had not been cleaned properly. The carpet was visibly dirty, the bathroom was covered in dust, and the overall condition of the room felt tired and neglected. The inside of the hotel looked very dated, like an old Travelodge that had not been properly maintained in years. The bedding was also in poor condition, with a hole in it, which is not what you expect when paying for a room. We had booked the room for four people, but when we arrived late in the evening after a long day out, the extra bed had not even been made up for us. It was a sofa bed, and we were left to sort it out and make it ourselves, which was very frustrating at that time of night. The bathroom was especially unpleasant. There was a brown substance caked onto the inside of the bath which looked like it could and should have been cleaned off. Instead, it had been left there alongside a soaking wet towel. This made the whole bathroom feel unhygienic and as though it had been ignored by housekeeping. There were also signs of poor upkeep throughout the property. There was glass all over the car park, which did not feel safe, and inside the room there was a picture on the wall that appeared to have been placed there simply to cover something up, which added to the shabby feel of the place. The staff were not welcoming on arrival and seemed uninterested, almost as though our arrival was an inconvenience. We were
