I did not reserve a room at this hotel, but i was directed there via email from the grange clarendon due to covid issues. However, when ive arrived, their system had not been updated to reflect the change. It took some time to realize if he indeed had stayed there and was eventually given tasty access to his room. The room was spacious and cozy. A complimentary drink voucher was given to me by the phone. There is escalator and wellappointed in the hotel. From 7.00 am, the complimentary continental breakfast was offered, featuring dozens of delicious cheeses, meats on eggs, fruits, cereals and croissants. Additionally, hot toast was provided, which added opulent finishing touches to my stay.

The location is good, 15 minutes walk to the english museum! The breakfast is too simple, the room is underground and a bit damp! But the location was good. The service was also good!.

We stayed in room number 008. The staff is friendly and helpful. The manager made an effort to accommodate us by changing rooms, but this was not possible. She was kind enough to offer us complimentary services. We were able to check in when we arrived at noon, which was really nice. They will let you check into your room early if it is ready. This is not the owners fault, its just the staff. It was very cold during the day and night, so the proprietors need to update the facilities, replace the internal glazing, and fix the air conditioning. I am sure they would have provided a standalone radiator i asked, however, it just dries your throat and eyes, thus ive never bothered. Carpets are stained and worn. Bathroom signs of wear and tear and mold. But the shower was hot any time of the week. Our towels were changed every day, as was our beds made without our asking. As he said, the personnel are lovely, unfortunately, there is no change in the rooms when booking is what you get. Around 7 oclock, outside the bedroom window, some noise was coming from around 7 am, maybe from the employees entrance or bike parking? You could hear the footsteps of those on the floor above, most of that time. Since we didnt eat at the hotel, we cant comment on other services because we did not ate there. If this hotel was renovated

Will undoubtedly try again. Excellent central location, close to holborn and the central line to liverpool street station, although a little slower than the Elizabeth line, and excellent for local restaurants. Particularly in todays hotel market, the value was excellent. Although continental only, breakfast was plentiful but served by two extremely helpful ladies. This morning at the evening reception, staff members were greeted by incredibly helpful men and amiable but quiet men. A mix of terraced house frontages, so obviously narrow corridors, but nice, clean linens and an extremely modern bathroom.

This was a fantastic experience. The double room is ideal for two people, and it was spotless. You can tell that the linens were fresh. There is enough ventilation and adequate shower pressure.

I almost didnt make a reservation because of the reviews, but im so glad i did. We had incredibly wonderful experience, the front desk staff was friendly, and even though the hotel was fully booked, we were able to check in early. The suite is spacious, spotless, cozy, lovely, beautiful, all during our stay. There are no complaints, highly recommended.

The room is adequate for two people to stay in. Its location is convenient for traveling. There are several parks and the British museum is very close by. Spending time in the sun and feeding the pigeons is quite relaxing.

The room was clean, the shower and breakfast were great. The staff were very helpful. A short 20minute walk to my evening event so saved a lot of money in cab fares. Great location around holborn in the center of London.

This hotel has a strategic location close to tourist attractions. The breakfast provided is very good. Although the furniture may be dated, the room is spacious with 4 seats and i have sat in the comfortable bed with tv facilities. Their bathroom is also very spacious and clean. I will come back next time.

I spent five nights there. Excellent location, close to the metro, underground, and the english museum. The rooms are spotless, with a helpful staff. My wife, my husband, our two boys, all resided in my spacious room. Breakfast is excellent. I quickly felt very at ease.

The location is excellent and the bed is comfortable. However, there are some drawbacks to this hotel, it is not a fourstar establishment. The rooms are significantly smaller than the pictures, and even the beds are only 140 cm in size. Breakfast is far too expensive. But the staff was satisfactory.

When visiting london, the accommodation is reasonably priced and conveniently located near the english museum and other attractions. The staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. There are comfortable beds in the rooms. Even breakfast was delicious cooked first thing in morning, a little on the small side for the price but very good. These staff really make the place and you guys are great. Thank you.
