Excellent location lots of coffee shops .Ulster Museum and Botanical Gardens with Free Access within walking distance ,in addition to Queens University and the Seamus Heany Queens University centre . 20 min walk to City Centre and public transport if you need it . VIBRANT CITY WITH LOTS TO DO AND SEE .

The room was lovely. The whole property was. I’d definitely stay again due to location and the room. The staff were friendly enough, but overall it just felt a little cold as a stay, but that could have been because it was off season - comfy, nice shared area, lovely room, good location - couldn’t ask for more really.

We loved staying in this unique vintage hotel. Our room was at the top of the building but was clean and well set-up. It's in a great neighborhood close to Queen's College. Loved the door knobs! Enjoyed a great meal at Hendrick's which was walking distance from the Gregory. Which we could have stayed for breakfast. Highly recommended.

The room was clean, spacious and bright. It made for a lovely girls night away. The hotel is in a prime location, just a short walk away from bars, boutiques and shops on the Lisburn Road. There's even a lovely little cafe called The Mad Hatter just a few doors down. Overnight, there's access to vending machines which I thought was a nice touch and definitely handy in a pinch.
