Absolutely perfect for what we wanted to do Basically drop iur bags and sleep there 10 minutes walk from kings cross station so perfectly handy for us As we went to wembley and tottenham hotspur stadium for concerts there It was cheap for london and served a purpose for what we needed it for its perfect tho if you are not staying in the hotel all day like us we literally dropped our bags and slept there Staff are very friendly as well A costa coffee luterally across the road

Perfectly decent stay. You get what you pay for and so we weren’t expecting 5 star but couldn’t fault it for what we paid. Perfect location for the railway station and Brunswick centre. Good clean bedding and everything we needed

The room is clean and well presented, according to the inventory, the bottle water was missing and 2 chocolates instead of the 4 we were promised, only a trivial issue, we both enjoyed the lovely shower and watched TV and the lovely view while waiting for our dinner reservation time, we entered the restaurant and were seated, the staff did a great job but things started to look sour when we were presented with a childs size portion that was well cooked but nothing special, we went for a swim, the pool was cold and clearly dirty, we also made a reservation the day before, we decided to leave the area. When we arrived at the changing room, we found that there was a lot of hair that had previously been seen before. However, because I hadn't received the response and asked management about my concerns, I'll post my complaint. Hi, thank you, I can you send this message to management to check the facts, this date of visit with october 2020 on arrival at 3.25 a long wait at the reception, but I was assured by the host that my room was almost ready and would be ready in approximately 10 minutes, it was technically 45 minutes late! We were directed to our room, and on inspection, the room was clean and well maintained, but as per inventory, the bottles water had not been provided and the two chocolates were missing, only a minor issue, and
