Fabulous guest house. Sue and John were super friendly and helpful throughout. A gorgeous place to stay, lovely location, lovely facilities and amazing breakfast. This place is absolutely wonderful!!

Property very convenient for the sea front, shops pubs and food. John and Sarah were very friendly and helpful. Room was adequate for my stay. Nice touch providing home made brownies, biscuits and the lavender pillow spray. Breakfast - lots of choice and very good

Parking was a challenge. We dropped off the bags at the door and drive around to look for a space to park. We found a lovely pub down the street for dinner Green King Crown & Anchor. We found the accommodation clean , quiet but on the third floor with no lift. Perfect for a reasonable over night .

Parking was a challenge. We dropped off the bags at the door and drive around to look for a space to park. We found a lovely pub down the street for dinner Green King Crown & Anchor. We found the accommodation clean , quiet but on the third floor with no lift. Perfect for a reasonable over night .

We were there for one night. First time visiting the area and the guest house. Very friendly and hard working couple. Breakfast was very tastey and lots of it. Home made bread and delicous home made jam/marmalade. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. Very close to seaside but parking could be an issue in popular months.

Stanza piccolina ma molto accogliente, carina l’idea dello spray alla lavanda e del the rilassante x favorire il sonno, gradito il bollitore con the e caffè e anche la bottiglia d’acqua offerta; ottima colazione inglese ma con possibilità di opzioni senza glutine, x vegetariani e vegani; grande disponibilità e gentilezza sei proprietari, anche a portare su e giù le valigie; posizione comoda vicino al lungomare…tutto perfetto e per un ottimo prezzo!

This place is how guesthouses should be run. Great owners and a great room. Whole place clean and tidy - you can tell the owners care. Breakfast is cooked to order and was very good - smoked haddock, bacon and egg - yum! Will stay here again, and again, and again
