The room was clean and was cleaned everyday including fresh towels. There’s a decent amount of parking with only £20 a night which we thought was good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good a lot to choose from.

We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was very helpful in assisting me with contacting the police authority in filing my report for being pick pocketing on the train. Again, the gentleman at the front desk from India (sorry for not remembering your name, but he lived in Orlando at one time) was very helpful and have great customer service skills. Thank you

Originally booked this hotel for the Southampton play off which they were thrown out of. Decided the use the room anyway and enjoy a day out in London. Parking was secure, but arrive early as places are limited. Very close to 2 tube stations, hotel staff were helpful and friendly, the room and common areas all great, and the breakfast good. I would definitely stay again particularly for a Wembley event.

Was a brilliant stay. Let us check in early which was a bonus. Was genuinley the best breakfast we have every had in a hotel stay, would stay here again just for the breakfast. Room was comfortable and perfect for the 2 of us. Good location and close to local transport. Would definately recommend

We had two nights here lovely hotel, Breakfast had plenty of choices, cooked, cold meats, cereals etc its a help yourself Breakfast. Rooms are clean, we had a queen sized bed which was a little lumpy perhaps they need some new ones but the pillows were lovely & soft & comfortable. Staff very helpful & friendly. Its our second time here & will definitely stay again.

Wij waren van 20 april tot 24 april 2026 in het hotel Wij waren maandag 20 April om 14.00 al in het hotel en konden toen al inchecken en naar onze kamer . vriendelijk personeel Kamer was schoon en met goede voorzieningen voorzien Eerste avond in het hotel gegeten dat was ook goed Ontbijt was goed en werd iedere keer weer goed aangevuld . Favoriet waren de verse wafels die je kon maken . Kamer werd iedere dag schoongemaakt en je kreeg ook iedere dag schone handdoeken . Dichtbij metro station . Kortom een heel fijn verblijf gehad bij Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal

The room was very clean and the breakfast that was included in the room was very nice. Most restaurants finish breakfast early but here it was till 10:30 which was nice for late sleepers like me. The staff was very helpful and guided us about anything we needed. Overall good experience.

Everything is good, only downside is the possibility of late checkout - 1hr is complimentary but it’s not guaranteed you get it even when asking in advance & not being able to reserve a parking spot with your booking - it’s first come first serve
