The staff were overwhelmingly helpful and kind. The room was beautiful and spacious and very clean. The location was perfect for us, public transportation, walking to castle and royal mile was convenient. The breakfast was delicious and more than we expected. I will return to Edinburgh and use this hotel again in the future. Thank you again to all of the staff

Another great stay, staff as friendly and helpful as always. Bar area is very relaxing after a long day at work. Rooms very clean with all you need for a very comfortable stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location. Haymarket travel connection is so close to the Hotel. It made my adventure so easy. I could take the Tram or the 26 or 31 to princess Street to catch the 16 to get to The Shore. I enjoyed the Restaurant’s at The Shore like The Kitchin and The Ship on the Shore. They had an excellent breakfast.

The rooms were large and comfortable and elegant. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although it was a bit of a hike to Old Town, there were easily accessible buses, tram and taxis very nearby.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Lage war super. In 20 Minuten ist man im Zentrum der Stadt. Die Treppen im Treppenhaus bestand aus Teppichboden. Der war sehr abgenutzt. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr schön! Das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Tolle Atmosphäre.

We loved our stay at Haymarket Hotel. We loved the decoration and heritage details. The breakfast room was STUNNING and the food amazing - so much many delicious choices. Great location especially for walkers like us. And easy walk to Princes st. We even walked to Edinburgh Castle and on to Carlton Hill and back to the hotel. Lots of eateries nearby. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff very welcoming, even with it being busy with check-ins, still got walked to the room. The room was very clean and tidy, little issue with kettle but all rectified very quickly. Great place to stay and get a good night's sleep in a comfy bed.

Breakfast with the room included fix to order and continental breakfast bar. If one didnt selsect the breakfast with room options, breakfast could be purchased. The meal cost is a good value. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. A mini fridge was a plus.
