Basic but comfortable small hotel. Very convenient for Heathrow. The staff ere very friendly and helpful and the room had a 12 mid-day check out time which was very helpful as I had an early evening flight. The bar downstairs offers light meals and snacks, including a range of very tasty Lebanese dishes. Comfortable room and surprisingly quite for a hotel on a main road.

Although my room didn't had any window I had a great sleep and slept like a baby. Didn't realise I was in deep sleep without any interference.

It was a nice hotel with friendly staff. Bed was a little hard for my liking. Breakfast was aerial and toast which did me. Towels were soaking but there were dry ones on the bed. Tv worked. Free car park. I would stay again as it was the cheapest hotel.

This is a pleasant place to visit, in general. The personnel are friendly and inviting, and the cuisine was delicious, despite the limited menu. However, the rooms appear to have been forgotten. Although they were clean, there are numerous indications of wear and tear, with only modest attempts at diy repairs on some of them.

I will definitely be back here because the lebanese cuisine was excellent. The staff is polite and works extremely hard to please, and the decor is lovely. A pleasant surprise awaits you here. I have no idea what kind of hotel amenities are available i ate here as part of a large group in the restaurant.

Where do i begin? I knew this was the place for me from the moment ive first sat with the man and gazed at the bohemouth. Everything is perfect, from art to tiles to the color of the toilet water! If youre lucky, the black mamber might appear and make sure you get a good nights sleep.

The price is worth what you get. The location is decent, and the proprietors are very accommodating. I arrived early and wasnt allowed to check in yet, but they allowed me to leave my luggage in the managers room, use the free wifi, or even offer me tea or coffee. Sophia, one of the owners, was incredibly sweet, as were the owner who always has a conversation with you and makes you feel at ease. They frequently asked me if i needed anything. You can take the bus service that stops directly in front of your hotel, which is only about 30 minutes from the airport. It took about thirty minutes to get to the center of central london, although it was not too difficult. Some things irritated me were that you had to give your key in every time you left the building and that there would be no later than 11 or that we had an emergency phone to let us inside. Also, my television wasn't working well, so the place had obnoxious smell. Anyway, you receive whatyou pay for, therefore, its

We had a great time at the lounge. Jasmine who served us was fantastic. She made sure we had fun and was very polite. I could rave about jasmie all day, i have never met someone so kind and respectful. Omar who helped serve us shiahs was also good. We enjoyed our stay.

I would recommend it to anyone visiting the heathrow area. Excellent place to visit, always a pleasant experience. The staff is always very accommodating and goes above and beyond, and the food and beverages are delicious. It is safe and spotless at the hotel, with onsite parking available for use.
