This hotel is a hidden gem, do not be put off staying here by the address. It is very comfortable and friendly, the staff are great. We would happily stay here again !

Emma on the front desk is lovely and very welcoming. My room was spotless and the decor was modern as per the website. Due to COVID the hotel is not doing breakfasts but are providing pack lunches. I have dietary requirements so it was really good when Scott the chef came out to meet me and discuss what I could have. My pack lunches thereafter were the envy of my training colleagues who were staying at other hotels. The only negative about this hotel is the outside of it which needs to be updated but once through the front door a warm welcome awaits.

Great place staff were the best. Covenantally located foe side trips and easy access to trains to head to Edinburgh. Great food/breakfast. Highly recommended this place to anyone traveling in Scotland

Very easy to find from airport and access to various sites. The rooms clean though basic, lacking mirror in bedroom, chair or small sofa to relax, noticed no hairdryer. Breakfast excellent and staff very helpful. If you stayed one night has everything you need but longer it would be nice to have the extra touches but overall very good.

Great place for us as a base, very clean and tidy. Friendly polite staff, excellent breakfast. Was a bit disappointed with the fact we paid for a superior room with a king size bed, this was more like a double bed, room but small but still very nice and clean.

I have also stayed at the Hilton Hydro in Dunblane this weekend and I found this modest hotel far superior to the overpriced Hilton. Breakfast was cooked to order and well presented. I especially liked the fact that the beans were in a dish. I don't like my beans all over. Just a personal thing. I Would have preferred square sausage on it to make it a bit more of a "Scottish" breakfast. Again just a personal thing. Plenty of other breakfast options, again all well presented. Bed was comfy and room was warm and clean. Staff were very friendly.
