The hotel boasts a stylish design throughout. The gym facilities are impressive, offering larger rooms than the average. Restaurants are ideal for both business dinners and lunches, providing optimum opportunities for socializing. Additionally, they offer excellent afternoon coffee, tea, or other beverages.

The breakfast and coffee were excellent. Ben, the manager of reception, and his colleague, Charmaine, were extremely helpful. Then, it is only a 2minute walk to the bakery street tube station, offering easy access to many amenities. Subsequently, we cant wait to return soon! A fantastic stay at the Holmes hotel!.

We stayed one night in the hotel the day before our wedding and even though we live in town, the whole experience made us feel like we were on vacation. The room was amazing and the staff went above and beyond by creating a special wedding atmosphere in our room. Breakfast in morning was really delicious. We would like to thank Ben, Charmane and Marta for their outstanding work that made me feel at home.

A wonderful experience and a restful few days at the Holmes hotel. The staff were friendly and engaging, and we thoroughly enjoyed talking to them! The lounge area is tastefully decorated with two fire places, while the bar and restaurant area appear inviting. It was comfortable in the room, especially with the added charging ports by the desk!.

The staff was very helpful, the location was great, and the experience was wonderful. The king bed room we booked did not get cleaned when we checked in. We were upgraded to a larger suite by the night shift manager and they served us free breakfast. My son got he cute dog when i checked out. Room was clean and nice inside. And very quiet at night. Highly recommended for travelers with family and children.

This hotel in london is our favorite. It is conveniently located, immaculate, and has excellent staff at every level. The rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped, with pleasant amenities. There are also relaxing areas throughout the hotel. Food is delicious.

I adore spending time at Holmes. Lorenzo provides excellent customer service. Extremely competent, friendly, and always attentive to meeting peoples expectations. I will undoubtedly return and have a great time there. One of my alltime favorite locations in london.

We celebrated our wedding at the Holmes hotel last month and the entire team was absolutely fantastic. Very accommodating, friendly, helpful and just very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and food was also great. Many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the lunch which was great because we hadnt even tried it before but trusted that it would be great based on our visits and also a recommendation. The spaces we used on the day were perfect and everything was seamless. All the staff on this day are great so thank you to everyone who made our event day so special. Oscar, the events manager, deserves special recognition for perfectly executed and taking care of us both in the lead up and on your day itself. And also, i want to thank rowan who went above and beyond to help my mother during our stay. She was singing praises and very grateful. I highly recommend the horse hotel for utmost pleasure.

This location is fantastic! I live in glasgow, and whenever i visit the city of london, my cousin and ill always visit this place. Fatmir and his staff are really welcoming, making the atmosphere comfortable and cool. You can tell that their primary concern is to make their customers happy because they are wellversed in what theyre doing and talking about. The cuisine is delicious, with attention to detail, warm and quick service. And considering its affordable, it is well worth the money.

We would definitely recommend the hotel and probably return for our next trip to london. Excellent hotel in a decent location. Probably the best breakfast weve ever had in an accommodation. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is very friendly.

The hotel is classic and wonderful, although not the cheapest, but the service is excellent, the staff is great, in a great location, immaculately clean, pleasant and inviting lobby, and an upscale breakfast. I believe i will return because it was incredibly memorable. This hotel gets ten stars without requiring me to give it fewer stars. Two minor issues bothered me if you step onto the parquet floors in the room, they are very noisy. A second issue would be to add more power points.

When we return in April, we have already made another reservation. We needed a hotel close to baker street for one night. This was ideal for our needs. It was incredibly cozy and spotless. The pillows were soft, and the bed was cozy. Friendly and accommodating personnel were present.

Our time at the hotel holmes was wonderful. Very cool atmosphere while still being very accommodating for children. The rooms are nice, and our family of four fits in a suite. Housekeeping did incredibly well cleaning every day and bringing us anything extra we needed. Breakfast is delicious, kids eat free. It was also in an amazing location. This was primarily aimed at serving as spotting all that the city has to offer. Next door, there are small markets where you can get some food for the kids, which we put in our room fridge. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel.

We stayed for a week and it was incredibly pleasant. The location is very good, close to all restaurants and stations yet not too busy or noisy. Luxurious lobby and room finishes are luxurious, cozy, clean and new. Only one thing is missing is an experienced concierge. I will definitely be back in the future.

I highly recommend it to pet parents and anyone who appreciates excellent service. Pet parents, do yourself a favor and reserve this hotel. I intended to spend one night at the Holmes hotel, but i ended up staying for two weeks, which speaks volumes about how wonderful Holmes is. My review will be as long as my stay, haha, because this motel is truly exceptional. When my dog and ive just moved to London, we were greeted with great warmth by the entire staff, who went above and beyond to ensure that my puppy felt at home. It is the little things that go incredibly far, such as providing kennels in all areas and providing dogs with cots and bowls. Clean rooms, excellent location, 2 minutes from baker street and 5 minutes away from regency park for all dog walks. There are many pet stores and vets close by. Since it is vegan, the breakfast vegan pancakes were excellent, however, more vegan options would have been nicer on the menu. Because my companion and me were away on christmas eve, my best friend called up the hotel to deliver something to my room, and they sent us dog treats and cookies along with an handwritten christmas card and perfume. I had a very comfortable stay at the Holmes hotel. The room was clean and tidy, but i could hear the occupants in the room next door to me if he wanted to. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Food available in restaurant is very good.
