The positive things about this place are the absinthe at green bar, the afternoon tea at the grill room, and the room amenities. The location is strategic, so you can walk or take the blackcab there. And then, they have a very attentive doorman who knows everything worth knowing. After that, there is room service and attentive housekeeping. Subsequently, some issues with the electronic do not disturb sign.

Yesterday, i spent my partners birthday at the Oscar wilde lounge, and it was a wonderful experience. The service was firstrate and the decor was stunning. David and gift, who were both incredibly considerate and courteous, served us. With juggling the live piano player, the atmosphere was delightful, while the cuisine was delicious. When they sang 'Happy birthday and brought squeaky little cake with ashes, what truly made the occasion stand out was the icing on the cake.

My grandparents, mother, and sister and i came here for afternoon tea. I have been to a few highend afternoon drinks in the city and would unquestionably recommend this as the best. The completely indulgent decor, excellent service, perfect location truly make you feel like youre experiencing something very special. Both the food and the tea selection are delicious.

If I could, I would give six stars. I never believed that a hotel within a stone's throw of the Piccadilly Circus could be so peaceful and quiet. The service is first rate and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are simple but stylish. The blackout curtains are 100. I enjoyed the breakfast. The concierge was able to book me a table at a restaurant that, according to the website, was already booked. will be my first choice for a place to stay in London.

The hotel cafe royal is in a prime location in the heart of the city center of London, yet it is surprisingly quiet. The staff are all friendly, the rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. In the middle of business in central london, there is spa and swimming pool which is an oasis of calm. Unfortunately, family time restrictions apply. Breakfast is good.

The hotel is fantastic, and the service is even better. Everything you could want will be fulfilled and delivered to you. The rooms are roomy and immaculate. Breakfast is excellent. I know in london that the gym is the biggest and most equipped i have ever seen. Valentin lemeunier took excellent care of us and took everything to the next level. Thank you, vincent, for your attention and we look forward to returning soon.

The hotel cafe royal was where we stayed two nights. We had an amazing afternoon tea, a wonderful meal in the brasserie, and cocktails at the green bar. The attentiveness of Isaac's attention to our event at cakes bubbles made our experience at Cake Bubbles even more special. We couldn't have been happier and would undoubtedly return. Many thanks to everyone who was there to take care of us, ollie at the reception, Sam, and Roberto in the green bar to name a few members of the wonderful team.

Very nice stay and care for detail. I like villa guests receptionist who decorated my birthday with balloons and other treats for my birthday. Afternoon tea in the grill room with its unique decor is also very enjoyable.

The hotel is conveniently located near piccalilli circus and is ideal for exploring soho, covent gardens, and the city of Westminster. The rooms are modern and welldecorated with useful technology, the marble bathrooms are beautiful, service is excellent. Breakfast was included in the room and was delicious. However, there was a downside the wifi in this room was terrible and our devices could not connect.

Our visit to the spa was wonderful overall, as we are spa members and can take a lot away from your site. Our visit was made enjoyable by the cleanliness and tranquility. What a wonderful couple of hours was spent with cakes and bubbles, and your personnel made my wife's birthday special. Your hotel deserves the cuisine and personnel. The cheese cake is unquestionably the best I have ever eaten, and I would like to add that everything about it was excellent. We were made to feel special, and we were all dissatisfied to leave. I will return, and I will share my feelings with all of my friends and colleagues.
