Overall a good stay. Needs a bit of TLC to the paintwork. Bathroom is quite small but adequate, & bedroom space was small ie bed against the wall. Stayed in deluxe studio apartment it was nice to sit on chairs instead of bed to watch tv. Nice kitchen area if you want to cook something simple. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows if wanted in wardrobe. Great communication & easy mobile entry via email

Great location for a visit to Hull. The apartment had everything you needed for a visit to this great city. An enclosed car park, modern and clean rooms. Highly recommend and will definitely book the Humber Lofts next time return to Hull.

was just a little disappointed on how small the room was but would definitely book again, just a larger room next time.

Lovely, clean apartment. Excellent and prompt communication via telephone. Spacious and modern. Only downside was parking, there are 11 spots for 20 units, not advertised on expedia. You didn't find out til after pre check-in which caused some headache. But when we got there, parking lot was empty so we were able to park. If you have big cars, I'd choose elsewhere because it has a vey narrow entrance and tons of pillars for a small area. Would recommend though.

The apartment is near to the Museum quarter in old town. The layout has a student accommodation feel to it, but is spacious and the the bedrooms comfortable and well appointed. The check-in instructions are well communicated, all digital and hi-tech.

The property is in an excellent location and is within walking distance of all the local bars and restaurants as well as shop for anything you need. The electronic access was easy to use and convenient and the apartment was stocked with everything you need. My only complaint would be that the television is fixed on the wall in the living room and it would be ideal if you could watch television in bed as the lounge chairs are not the most comfortable. But overall a lovely stay and would use the apartments again and recommend it to family and friends.

Definitely not "serviced ". 2 loo rolls, half a bottle of washing up liquid, 1 x pod for washing machine and about 75ml milk left to us for 4 nights/5 days. Check in is an email sent to you literally at 2pm, not a minute earlier and there is a number to call if anything emergency is needed. Other than that, no human interaction. Your room key is a swipe you get in your email. Noisy at night if you're at the front. There is a nearby church whose bells are chimed every 15 mins throughout the night on certain days. Drunken/skaghead idiots screaming at each other inbetween. It was sun-thurs we stayed so not even a weekend. Apartment not checked, bedding or towels not changed, no type of cleaning assisted with...just thought we'd at least get fresh towels after 4 days.

Damp smell throughout, furniture and furnishing were very cheap and aged. Disappointed with the quality versus what was advertised. Very small shower/barhroom, squeezed in. Not a premium or executive stay, very basic flat. For the cost, a hotel room would be a better option.

It is actually a nice property but its attitude to guests is off the mark. The check-in instructions are complicated and officious. The door entry system is weird and puts you at the mercy of your phone's battery. They don't let you control the heating and warn against using too much hot water. They would charge you for the air you breath if only they could measure it. It feels like they would be happier if no-one stayed there. Perhaps the place is managed by Basil Fawlty?

Note to guests to read the full terms and conditions before staying to avoid loosing security deposit. Bathroom very small, flat good value of money.

It was really complicated and slow to access the room and front door - an App with BlueTooth or Near Field would be much better and safer for women. The room is tiny, the bathroom far too small (a large person wouldn't fit on the toilet or be able to sqeeze into the shower), as is the bed - the design is not making the most of the space - barely enough for one [thin] person. There is no table to sit and eat at, or work at. The chairs are very uncomfortable and without cushions - a comfy sofa would be much better. There is no recycling and the kitchen is inadequately stocked (a few more plates, glasses and cutlery, with sharp knives would be good). All in all: done on the cheap without thinking about customer comfort and way overpriced.

Pre arrival we were hounded by admin regarding the security deposit and the £50 ( other hotels usually only charge £20) dog fee.which on departure we became aware of why. We have a chocolate Labrador whom frequently travels with us, he is 12 years old. We always advise the hotel he is coming and we only ever look for dog friendly places to stay. We stayed for 3 nights so obviously there was some evidence of dog hair on our departure. We believe in an extra fee for pets to stay so that was not the issue. The room had 2 small bucket chairs that were too small for him to sit on if we had of allowed him on the furniture and the bed was fairly high for an old dog to clime on to; once again if we had allowed him. On departure we were emailed to advise £50 would be charged from our £100 security deposit due to the excessive dog hair on the carpet; the room was a wooden floor, the bed as the sheets would need cleaning; I would like to think these were automatically cleaned after each visit, and the chairs; that he never sat on. On emailing them in response I received a snotty email from their Operations manager stating that his team do not spend time on trivial things such as photographs on the extra charges. If they were that trivial why double charge us. This really spoilt what was an okay stay. I am surprised they did not charge us for use of the electric and washing machine as these also come at an extra cost. Do not be fooled by the advertised price.
