The room was clean, peaceful, and the temperature was comfortable. The bed in the end of the corridor was very comfy. The hairdryer didn't work, but a lovely cleaner replaced it for me in less than a minute! Breakfast was excellent and generous. The most impressive aspect of the hotel is the friendly customer service provided by Kim at the front desk as a lone female traveller. She genuinely valued the time and care she took to ensure that I had everything I needed, even though she was very busy. I saw her taking care of a variety of visitors, and she was always cordial and competent. I hope you can retain and value your hardworking staff, because they can make or break the brand's customer experience. Many thanks.

I have a wonderful vacation, but there were a few minor changes to the hotel, so the bar was either closed or completely booked. Positive: welcoming and caring personnel. The staff was in good shape with a few glitches, but cleaning was excellent. The rooms were comfortable, but a few tiny details. The staff could have done better with a few more hands because they were obviously run over their feet and couldn't have done more, but they were able to provide exceptional service. Negative, so when we went there was buffet-style food, but there was no left on the buffet the final night. I was a little dissatisfied with the quality and the quality of the item. I have allergies, so I must be cautious. This night eliminated three of the four options for me. I could have had too few things left. The room only had one pillow, each of which was quite hot, and the blackout curtains had a few holes on the second night, the buffet was busy, and I'm aware that the rules have changed, but I don't feel cable. And the second night, there was nothing else on the buffet, and it was all I could eat for the price. On the second night, I chose not to eat, based on what we did, it wasn't what I had anticipated. We decided to stay a couple of nights because we were all members of this hotel for bed and breakfast because we were invited to a wedding just outside our room. It was a bit far, but it was ok for what we needed.

I stayed here for 10 days and found this to be a very comfortable hotel. Very clean and the staff very warm and welcoming. Hello, manager and his team are engaged and friendly. Also, the housekeeping staff are very friendly. A special thank you to the chef, Antoinette, for providing a bespoke and dedicated service to guests at breakfast. Antoinette and Kim and hello make this hotel a true gem. Breakfast and dinner breakfast sets are quite good. The menu linguine is excellent as is the prawn cocktail, meatball pasta pasta and jalfrezi. The cheeseburger is a bit disappointing in presentation and taste and the chips are uninspiring. Otherwise, all very good and tasty.

I spent an overnight at this hotel on my own. And I was pleasantly amazed by the quality of service. The room was spotless, and the food was amazing. I must credit the staff for everything they did to assist us. I was completely charged for my phone by a member of the staff. He was always pleased to assist others and took the time to converse with everyone, a lovely guy! I think they have a star there.

Ibis Styles Crewe was ideal for a short stay in Crewe and Nantwich at a reasonable rate. The room was clean and comfortable. The soundproofing could be better, as noise carried easily through the corridor when early risers were leaving and late arrivals were checking in. There was also a function/party taking place during our stay, and the noise from it was audible from our room. It didn't affect our sleep too much, but it would have been helpful to have been informed about it in advance. When I asked the staff when the event was expected to finish, they weren't particularly reassuring, and a clearer response would have given more confidence that it wouldn't disrupt our night.
