Great cleanliness, both in the room and in the public areas. comfortable room. I had a good night's sleep. There is a smooth check-in and check-out process. The receptionist was professional and customer-focused, a credit to the hotel. Due to the current restrictions, there is a limited menu for food, but the best was given given the circumstances.

positive things are the lovely employees here. The negative things are that even with the heater on all day, it was too cold in the room, the bad things are no showers, the steep parking area and the lack of a bathroom.

We reserved three rooms the night before our flight. The staff member did not even speak to us as we checked in, he simply pointed at an Ipad, asked for our car registration, and handed us a key. No hello, no welcome? not a good start. We left our luggage in our room, which appeared to be comfortable and equipped with all of the usual conveniences. Dinner was served at the hotel restaurant in the foyer. The young staff member who was placing orders and waiting for tables looked completely overwhelmed. He dropped a plate of food and covered everyone on our table with chilli sauce. We had no apology and when asked if we could get a top cleaned because it was covered in sauce, they said no. The food was fine, nothing spectacular, the thing that stood out at ibis was the total lack of customer service, but the room was fine. It's a plus that the hotel is very close to the airport.

The location of the hotel is also very close to the airport.

I highly recommend this hotel. I stayed here for one night before my flight. John was extremely courteous and professional with all requests, the check in process and giving me all the information I needed. The food menu is limited but the food that they serve is very tasty. The room is very clean and comfortable. The only thing that makes the bathroom smell like a drain but it's not an inconvenience.
