The staff is very excellent. It's not a problem with the rooms. They have parking here. The location is good. In the middle of the city. close to all the attractions. But I don't often write reviews.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, which was excellent overall from the welcome call before our arrival, the hotel entrance, the outdoor garden, and the restaurant. However, after paying $400 for 2 nights, we expected to have only a pleasant experience, but that wasn't the case. The room we were given was on the first floor, right next to the elevator. Late at night when people returned to their rooms, we could just hear the elevator button being pressed and lift binging when it came to the floor, so we could not go to sleep! The other rooms had another door to enter the hallways, so this wouldn't be affected. Additionally, the walls were very thin, you could hear the conversation of the room next door! We did talk to the staff about it after checkout, but very little was said and they simply advised them to place a note for a quiet room for a future visit. The breakfast restaurant offered a wide variety of hot breakfast choices and a lovely continental display. Just be aware that you must prebook a time to go to breakfast, and this is not a great option if you check in later. On both mornings, the continental breakfast replenishment is not great.

The hotel screams good, everything is fine with that, from the smelly foyer to the amazing cleanliness of the rooms, to the courteous staff, it is just that I'm a bit picky, but it's not a complaint. Lovely breakfast, wish I could have stayed longer.

This place has excellent service, a strategic location, and amenities. Everything I could have imagined from the Indore brand is there. The parking costs are affordable, and I was lucky enough to get a room. Excellent, contemporary accommodations. I never seem to get a room with a view, but it's not a deal breaker.
