We will require the following prior to arrival Via our secure online Guest Registration minimum of 7 days before arrival.* A valid personal email generic booking email cannot be accepted.* A valid phone number including prefix code for all staying guests no phone number no access.* An estimated time of arrival.* A signed Group registration and £50 per person damage deposit prior to arrival no exceptions.* A copy of ID from all parties attending the property is sent with the contract. Guest must be 21 and over unless it’s a family.Please note security deposit requires £100 per person for those under 21.No extra guests or visitors are allowed in the blockIf our rules have been breached all guests will be removed without a refundFor guests staying more than 7 nights, Extra weekly or fortnightly cleaning fees are payable directly via invoiceGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
