Great hotel, good friendly reception staff, both checking in and checking out. The room was clean and tidy and having a health club right next door was handy. The breakfast the next morning was sensational. Plenty of choice, both cooked and continental. Hotel scores a 10/10

we stayd two nights, and we really loved the size of the room, the friendlyness of the staff, but when we arrived in our bedrrom in the evening the second day, the bed was not done and the towels were not changed. i went and asked for towels and we made olur own bed, not a problem, the staff apologised but told us because of COVID, they would not enter into the gusets bedrooms. Apart from this incident, everything was outstanding, the food was delicious, staff very friendly.

Lovely place stayed in the old part staff was nice as they were doing 12 hour shift due to lack of staff Nice breakfast only bar food in the evening again sorry of staff. Had lovely fish and chips and the pudding lemon tart was just amazing Room was good comfy bed and clean Veery well done to all that works there As it not been easy

I do not understand the reasons for so many negative reviews !! The building ( old letchworth hall) is beautiful !! You can see it needs tlc but that’s true of so many stately homes !! The rooms were very clean, beds reasonably comfortable. The surrounding is very peaceful. Staff at the reception were pleasant. For the rice we paid, can’t fault it. Definitely recommended.

It is a wonderful place. Got upgraded to a huge suite which was very nice. Only thing was the nightclub that played loud music until midnight so not a place to go if you want to go to sleep early.

I thought the property and the grounds were excellent and well looked after. The only thing I would suggest is maybe having a designated garden or fenced off area for dogs (Just so dog owners like myself don't annoy anyone else). Maybe a clear dog waste bin would also be good.

Only a one night stay to attend a Wedding. The staff were all welcoming and informative. The room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast choice was excellent. The hotel is looking a little tired decoration wise in the 'common areas'. A real value for money hotel, its not five star but then I didn't pay a five star price and so shouldn't expect it.
