The Locke hotels are always very beautifully designed and the rooms are very nice. The rooms are large, fully equipped kitchen and nice layout. We had some trouble with the A/C, but was immediately taken care of by the staff, who are very friendly. The only minimal drawback is that we stayed for 6 nights and had programmed housekeeping for the third night, but they never came. Also we had to go to the lobby to grab more supplies like toilet paper, tea and coffee when we asked for some. It’s not the worst thing, but I believe in a nice hotel like this one, you expect them to deliver it to you in your room. Everything else was perfect. The views are amazing and the surrounding Rea is very beautiful to explore.

Leuke locatie in de nog rustige Canary/Wood Wharf area. Had een kamer met zicht op de haven en O2 dome op het 11de verdiep, top uitzicht! Enkel de douche is wat vreemd, die staat namelijk in de kamer en niet afzonderlijk in een afgesloten badkamer.

Our 14th-floor room had stunning views over Blackwall Basin — we loved gazing down at the canal boats and the Thames and dreaming. The service apartment setup was genuinely practical and comfortable: full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stovetop — everything you could need for an extended stay. Having a refrigerator and a fully equipped kitchen meant we made our own breakfasts each morning, which was honestly perfect. (They do have a coffee shop café and breakfast available upstairs, so you have options either way.) The furnishings gave a designer feel and were really hip and lovely. The staff was warm and welcoming throughout our stay, which made a real difference. Canary Wharf was a neighborhood we’d never stayed in before, and this hotel gave us a wonderful home base for exploring it. The Junie’s and Elizabeth lines were easy to get to, as well as lots of shopping. If you’re looking for a service apartment experience with a boutique hotel feel in a London neighborhood worth discovering, Locke at Canary Wharf is absolutely worth it!

The Locke is a wonderful place to stay in Canary Wharf. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean, fresh and spacious. One small thing to think about is the offer of decaf tea and coffee in the rooms.

I loved staying at the Locke London Canary Wharf with my mum for one night. We chose to stay there because it is very close to the O2 Arena where we went to a Dermot Kennedy concert on Friday night. The venue is only one stop away from Canary Wharf underground station, which is very easy and quick to get to the hotel from. There are many signs indicating where the hotel is so after getting off at Canary Wharf underground station, getting to the hotel is really easy. We chose to stay at a city studio apartment which was great because we had more space, there was a mini-fridge, hob, microwave, kitchen sink and kitchen utensils. The television had options to use YouTube, as well as Netflix, and normal TV channels, even in other languages. The hotel has a super modern, urban and new aesthetic feel to it, which me and my mum, as frequent travellers, don't get to see very often. The cost-benefit was surprisingly good, after doing a deep search for hotel options in London, I was thrilled to find this price. Lastly, we got a lovely view of the Canary Wharf from the room with a beautiful skyline view of many modern buildings.

Spacious new rooms with kitchenette. It’s a high-rise finance district and malls but it’s easy to hop on the tube and go wherever one needs. There’s a huge supermarket a walk away (Waitrose). The bed was very comfortable. I was my super tired from travel and arrived before check in. Staff were helpful to accommodate and help get a room asap. I’d stay here again

We stayed on the second week that the hotel was open. A few teething troubles - we couldn’t make the microwave work and there were no instructions, and the light in the shower decided to stop working in the morning. However, the room was lovely, the view incredible, and it was just a short walk from Canary Wharf station. I travelled with my 17y/o daughter and we would have appreciated an option for twin beds rather than a double.

What a gem of a hotel! Never stayed in canary ward before but we had a concert to go to so thought we’d give a go. So glad we did! 5 min walk to the tube. Beautiful view over the river! Staff were super friendly and helpful. And the rooms were fantastic!
