Comfortable beds, spacious clean, quiet bedroom with aircon, good shower over bath, helpful staff and with free parking if you need it. So a good stay and perfect location for Wembley stadium (a few minutes walk). Continental breakfast included. Decor a bit dated but very good value for money overall.

Rooms could do with updating and a little refresh, shower in the bathroom looked dirty on arrival however it was just scratches out of the shower tray itself due to years of wear and tear - as i was only here for one night for a concert i really cant complain at all. Location of the hotel was also perfect for what i needed and it included parking (subject to availability) Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful upon my arrival and departure and hotel was easy to navigate round. Its worth noting that i did stay here during the recent heatwave yet the hotel was quite cool and there was aircon in the room (unit was a little loud, so would advise earplugs for light sleepers) Will certainly stay again!

Went to Wembley to watch harry styles and didn’t fancy getting on the tube afterwards so this hotel was perfect - five minutes walk away from the stadium which was brilliant - hotel was spotlessly clean all be it dated - the furniture in the lounge could do with an upgrade - the staff were lovely - check in was so quick - would definitely stay again

Stayed for a recent concert at Wembley. Excellent location. Staff really helpful. We arrived early expecting to just leave luggage but they made a few calls and we were offered our rooms early. Large rooms, everything we needed. Lovely breakfast. Will definitely be staying again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptional, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Every member of the team was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring guests had an enjoyable stay. Their kindness and outstanding customer service really made all the difference and created such a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself was fantastic, with excellent facilities and a high standard throughout, but it was the incredible staff who truly made this stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to returning in the future

Parking was free, easy and secure, staff were really helpful at all times, we managed to check in early and staff helped with an issue I had with my car when leaving. The rooms were big and although dated were generally clean, we slept well and did not hear much noise from the road outside or other rooms. We were on the 7th floor and the views were great. Extremely convenient for Wembley stadium and Arena. Windows did open in the room but if needed there was also an aircon unit that was very effective. Would stay again if attending another event.

A welcoming hotel with friendly staff. Clean room and breakfast while a little more than I normally pay was worth the price. Would recommend

clean bed clean toilet but everything else is old and tired. Bath is hot but shower is luke warm. Bed is old and makes sound but sleepable. Quite noisy all room facing main street. No central heating but a big heating machine in room. TV is about 14inch not smart, smallest I have seen anywhere. Good location for shows and events and good price, wont mind staying again for the price.

Good place to stay if you are going to Wembley Stadium. Room was big, beds comfy and it was great value for one night booked at very short notice. The aircon unit was noisy, but the joy of having a cool room in the midst of a heatwave in London far outweighed the noise. Everything was a bit dated, but perfectly clean and functional.
