Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during the stay.


Children 0-12 years old will be charged GBP 30 per child per night with extra bed included.
Dog are allowed in designated guest rooms for a charge of GBP 20 per night & 2nd Dog is GBP 40. Please notify the hotel in advance.

The property does not have on-site parking. The Q Park Car Park is less than a 5 minute walk away. Spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis and the car park is open 24 hours a day. The rate is at GBP 10.00 per 24 hours – Q Park, Victoria Square, Belfast, BT1 4QG
When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply, and the property will contact the guest following their reservation.

The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and the Dinner inclusive rates include 2 courses from our seasonal menu. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply to adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available. Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
