About the Apartment:
The apartment is located in Salford, Manchester.
1.7 miles from the city center, 2 miles from Media
City and also 3 miles from Old Trafford.

Our team is here to ensure you have a great stay with us at Aaqi Homes. This is what we offer:

Luxurious 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with an en-suite and 1 bedroom without. Both rooms have access to a beautiful spacious outdoor balcony.

We have a cozy living room which has been newly refurbished and you can sit back and relax - from watching netflix series, or the football match on Sky Sports or even a trip down memory lane by playing on our Nintendo Wii with the old school classics. Prayer mats are available for our guests in the property.

Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances you will need with a coffee machine as an incentive to our guests.
First aid kit is also available in the kitchen.

We also provide towels and bed linen in the apartment.
Starter kit for clients:
Washing pods
Towels
Coffee
Spare linen for emergency use only
Hand wash and shower gel

All the above is provided. However, the guest should be mindful when or how much is consumed in the duration of your stay.

Cancellation Policy:
Once booked - the guest has up to 48 hours to cancel the booking. Any cancellation less than 48 hours prior to check in will be non - refundable.

Minimum night stay policy:
Guests are required to book a minimum of 3 nights.

Safety deposit:
There is a £100 deposit every guest is required to pay. The deposit is to ensure our property stays in good condition and cover any damages.

After checkout - once our team carries out all inspections of the apartment, everything is in working order and no damage caused - The deposit will be refunded to the guest within 1 - 3 working days.

Stag nights/Parties:
This apartment will not tolerate any stags or parties at all. The number of people booked online - must be the same as the number of guests who are in the apartment.

Failure to comply will result in us keeping the deposit and asking the guest to leave the premises immediately if the situation escalates.

Check in:
Check in for guests is 3pm - 5pm
If the guest wants to check in at a later time, They are responsible for contacting Aaqi Homes. This should be done 1 hour in advance. Failure to do so, will result in the deposit being non refundable.

Check out:
Check out for guests is 11am.
There is no check out for later than 11am. If the guest fails to check out by 11am - we will have to kindly ask the guest to leave immediately and deposit will be non refundable.
