From I arrived everything was lovely . Reception staff were very welcoming and throughout my brief stay everyone was very helpful. My room was beautiful and very clean with a lovely view over the fountains. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a time to relax

The Manor House is a beautiful place to stay. The people and service are kind, considerate, courteous and, very helpful The dinner is very expensive because they do not serve only a few of the items on the menu. If you order 2 items from the different classes on the menu They charge for the complete dinner. We were very tired when we arrived and only ordered 4 items from the complete dinner, 1 appetizer 2 bowls of soup and one sweet potato cost over 90 GBP. We were not informed how the pricing worked. The cost came as a bit of a shock because we explained we only wanted something lighter. They also never change the menu, That said, the restaurant was beautiful, the service was excellent and the food was of good quality. The breakfast menu is lovely and beautifully served and the food was excellent. The cost of a light dinner is a bit of a shock. Nothing a la carte in the main dining room. However the pub was totally a la carte, just down a long flight of stairs and a limited menu. The service there was lovely just a limited menu that also doesn't change. The Manor House is 15 minutes to the city center and if you take cabs it is about 15 GBP per trip, no credit cards only cash. The drivers are very friendly, the cabs are clean and dependable. We were very comfortable staying there and the people running the hotel were superb!

The room was amazing however if I go back I would request a room with a view of the lake. The staff were excellent and very professional. The breakfast was fabulous. We really loved the Spa.

Our room was alot bigger than we expected. Very spacious and clean. Spa was clean, people were curtious to give others time to enjoy the facilities and rotated. Enjoyed our time here. Dinner was the highlight, fantastic start to finish, takes a while to come out but totally worth the wait. Top quality ingredients, well cooked. Breakfast was included for us but took an hour to recieve and wasnt really worth it imo. Vegetarian breakfast was mid. Would definitely return again.

Lovely view of the Lough from the suite which was well furnished. The staff were all very attentive & helpful, so well done to them on good old fashioned customer care. Really lovely setting in the countryside with a cracking building inside and out.

Having stayed last year in a luxury premier suite we decided to return but this time for 2 nights in a junior suite. On arrival we were able to upgrade to a luxury premier suite, room 202. Superb suite with everything you could want and with fantastic views. Breakfast and dinner excellent in the Rockfield restaurant. A very relaxing experience at the Spa and enjoyed drinks in both the Cellar and Watergate bars. Look forward to returning.

Arrived to check in and we were given a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite. The room was lovely and spacious with a view of the lake. Had dinner in the Beleek restaurant and it was fabulous. The staff throughout the hotel were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again
