I have been back to the Norton grange hotel for a fifth time now and still enjoy going there. It never changes , as in it's staff are helpful and friendly the rooms are clean and spacious and comfortable the restaurant is very good with a great menu and tasty food. Lastly the amenities although I didn't get chance to use them are great .....there is a nice big pool a gym and sauna , steam etc they have it all. I will definitely be back again soon. 😊

The staff from the start were all lovely and helpful. I was welcomed very quickly and in a friendly manner. The parking was great and free, which was fantastic, and the hotel gave a feeling of luxury overall. The spa was delightful, and the lady at the entrance of it were very helpful as well. The room was clean, welcoming, and it took a bit of time to figure out the aircon but I got there eventually. The walls didn’t seem very thick, as we heard someone cough in the corridor, but overall we didn’t hear anything from any other guests nor staff. Overall a Very lovely experience, with the very minor detail that the plates during breakfast weren’t always the cleanest.

This hotel was the first stop we made when traveling from Canada. Unfortunately we only booked for one night however it was worth it! It was great to Uber from the airport and just spend our first evening in. We checked in, ate dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the hydrotherapy amenities of the hotel. I booked this hotel specifically for the hydrotherapy knowing that after a long day's worth of travel it would be a great way to start our vacation. The only thing was we were not given towels when we went and assumed they were inside the pool area so we did not have a towel to dry off! Fun fact, you get your towel from the attendant at the desk who allows you out back to the change rooms. I went back again in the morning and my locker would not unlock, thankfully someone wearing clothing was able to walk to the desk and get someone to assist. The food at the hotel was good for supper but a little expensive for what we got. The breakfast however was amazing and worth getting up to enjoy! There is also a small Starbucks built into the hotel which means the hotel had good coffee for breakfast! Room and bed were comfortable however the shower was awkward and the floor gets very wet. As my partner was getting out of the shower I had wet feet and stepped on the towel to dry and when he was getting out the towel stuck to my foot and he slid into an awkward position which could be dangerous. Staff are super friendly and I would highly recommend visiting this hotel!

I loved my stay at the Norton Grange from start to finish. Every member of staff was so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. My Privilege Room was lovely, spotlessly clean and with pristine bed linen and towels. I loved the little touches like the Nespresso machine, stocked minibar fridge and a really nice selection of teas and coffee with biscuits! There was also a gorgeous bathrobe and slippers. The bathroom was beautiful, again spotlessly clean and with thoughtful high-quality amenities and toiletries along with lovely huge bath towels. I ate dinner in the restaurant and my meal was delicious, freshly cooked and served very quickly, again by absolutely delightful staff. Breakfast was absolutely stunning with the most amazing selection of delicious food including the best locally produced sausages I have ever tasted. After breakfast I used the spa. It was wonderful. I used the thermal pools and the aroma steam room and I loved them. The pools were amazing, especially the one that is open to the outside where you can look out over the grass and trees and watch the squirrels playing. Everything was just lovely and the cherry on the cake was seeing a beautiful deer in the meadow next to the hotel as I went out to my car to set off home. Absolutely wonderful and I can’t wait to visit again in a few weeks. Thank you to everyone who made it such a lovely experience.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Manchester Norton Grange Hotel & Spa for one night (11–12 April) and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely presented, making for a relaxing stay. One small downside was the bathroom — the sink doesn’t have a mixer tap, so the water runs very hot, which was a bit inconvenient. Although I didn’t have breakfast during my stay, the highlight for me was definitely the spa. The facilities were excellent, and I easily could have spent much longer there unwinding. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely visit again.

We booked this hotel and saw some of the reviews and were really anxious about what it was going to be like BUT and a big BUT we could not fault the stay whatsoever. Spa area was impressive with lots to offer well kept and clean. We had breakfast and the food was spot on. Staff were all super friendly and polite. The mini fridge was broken but still fully stocked with a vast array of drinks. Honestly you will not be disappointed if you go. I read the pool was could etc and for us it was beautifully warm maybe the other guests came when something was broken who knows but the place is amazing ❤️
