Sam and Roy were wonderful host/owners who made those of us staying there engaged and included. As a solo traveller I particularly appreciated the ways in which they encouraged all of us to socialise in the bar/lounge areas. Views are wonderful. Breakfast and dinner were wonderful too. I would definitely return if in the area.

Just spent a wonderful weekend at this property. Our hosts, Sam and her husband could not do enough for us. Breakfasts were buffet (continental) or a full Cornwall, cooked to order. Bacon/sausage/hash brown/beans/ tomato/mushrooms etc. Evening meals are offered Friday to Tuesdays. Again, thoroughly enjoyed the beef on the Friday night and the Thai curry on the Sunday.

An absolutely brilliant stay offering a fantastic room with great amenities. Sam was the perfect host during our stay which was relaxing, set in the perfect environment with stunning views of the bay. We faced a warm welcome on arrival and the room was spotless and comfortable offering everything we could possibly need throughout our stay. Breakfast was amazing offering a great choice and all delicious. We enjoyed a delicious meal on the second eve which was again superb. The guys cater for gluten and dairy free and will ensure you are looked after. Nothing was too much trouble and we will be returning. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for creating a great stay and fond memories.

We stayed at this lovely hotel with an amazing view for 4 nights last week. The view over Mevagissey Bay is phenomenal! The hosts, Sam and Roy, are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and I witnessed them on a couple of occasions going well above and beyond what you would expect. (They know what I am referring to and I respect them immensely for what they did). The hotel itself is lovely with nice clean rooms, a great lounging area with that view and a wonderful friendly, relaxing atmosphere. The food is really good, especially for the price. I must repeat what fantastic hosts they are. Sam will suggest places to visit, places to eat and anything else that you need help with. Roy is just a pleasure to talk to, especially regarding rugby. We will definitely be returning and wish them every success in the future.

The hotel was set in a lovely area with a fantastic view of the harbour. The staff were incredibly friendly without trying too hard at the same time, especially Sam who answered all of our requests. The breakfast was also exceptional and we now regret not eating an evening meal there which was offered although you do have to book early to get what you want. Overall its a great place to stay and I would recommend it to visitors. We would definitely stay there again.
