Really excellent holiday park and a pleasure to find somewhere close to Portsmouth and the Witterings that is open year round. Staff were all really nice to deal with and despite us choosing the budget option, the cabin was easily the best we've stayed in on a British site. Grounds and facilities were well maintained and our only complaint would be that they didn't have availability for us to stay longer!

Unser Mobilhome war sehr neu und alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Türen haben beim Schließen ein bisschen geklemmt. Es gab sogar ein Willkommenspaket für unseren Hund. Check in und Check out hat super geklappt. Für die Kinder gab's sogar Gummibärchen zum Abschied. Der Park liegt direkt an der Bucht, wobei aber keine Möglichkeit zumBaden besteht. Zum Strand mussten wir mit dem Auto fahren, was aber kein Problem war. Wer direkt dort parken möchte muss mit saftigen Parkgebühren rechnen (3 Std. 5,10£). Ansonsten kann man in den Seitenstraßen parken. Alles in allem sehr schön dort. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We had a lovely time at Mill Rythe, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the accommodation was lovely, very comfortable and clean. It was lovely to swim in the warm swimming pool everyday. Would definitly go back for a return visit. The neighbouring Donkey sanctuary is also brilliant!

I arrived at the park to be told that the hot tub I had paid for wasn’t working. I was refunded £100 which is what I paid for it. It wasn’t fixed during my stay we had 4 night stay. Had food at the bar what I ordered wasn’t what I got so was disappointing. We went to the entertainment area one night bar stuff slow and came across rude like couldn’t be bothered to serve rather be chatting with other staff also I put my dirty glasses on the bar that was still there 45mins later when we left. This site could be lovely

Extremely disappointing first stay. We arranged a 2:30pm check-in, but the accommodation was not ready until 30 mins later. On arrival, we were told to return in 10–15 minutes, only to be told again that it still wasn’t ready. This appears to be a recurring issue based on other reviews. The soft play area is outdated, dirty and unsafe, with broken equipment and a first aid box ripped off the wall. There are no safe pedestrian pathways on site; cars drive through the park from the main road, swerving around large potholes, making walking feel hazardous. There was no entertainment at all on the Sunday, which was very disappointing for families. Entertainment schedules were also changed without warning, and staff did not manage unsafe or disruptive behaviour from unsupervised children. The caravan itself had multiple issues: the front door did not lock properly, carpets were covered in dog hair, and the extractor fan above the oven was broken, causing smoke to fill the accommodation when cooking. Swimming was poorly organised. Sessions did not start on time, the lifeguard spent much of the session on his phone rather than supervising, and the changing rooms were tiny, dirty, and had no locker locks. Swimming bookings also cannot be amended via the app. Large areas of the site were flooded due to apparent drainage issues. Overall, the stay felt poorly managed and, in several areas, unsafe. We would not return unless major improvements are made.
