We stayed at Newburgh House Bed & Breakfast for a weekend, and it truly exceeded our expectations. Andy and Ryan were excellent hosts and made us feel at home from the very first moment. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the information we needed for our stay. The breakfast was rich and delicious honestly one of the best we’ve had at a bed & breakfast. The area was very quiet and perfect for relaxation. It was an excellent choice and we would highly recommend it to everyone! We would definitely visit again.

The best nights sleep. Room and bed were excellent! Ryan greeted us and and was a lovely host. Good choice at breakfast and all cooked to perfection. Easy parking. Shame we couldn’t have stayed longer.

A beautifully charming quiet property with equally charming owners. With a peaceful walled garden, off-street parking, complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and a DVD/ Book library to lounge in with a furry friend. A short drive to York or York Park & Ride, and many Michelin pubs in the area. I very much liked this place, and I will return.

For anyone wishing to visit Yorkshire this place is outstanding. Fantastic room, brilliant breakfast, thoughtful and caring staff, quiet, nearby friendly pub and situated close to the lovely village of Coxwold. What is there to dislike? one of the best b&b we have experienced. beautiful room and very friendly owners. breakfast is very good, in a beautiful garden room overlooking the garden. the location of the B&B is also very good, close to all kinds of tourist attractions, including beautiful York. this B&B is highly recommended!
