We arrived early and were welcomed at the beginning of our journey. We chose the salmon scrambled egg breakfast and honestly, the best. The home is in an amazing condition, from the garden to the top. There is a view, en suite, and bed in our top-floor accommodation. We were welcomed from the moment we arrived early until we left.

I spent two nights in this hotel before flying from Glasgow to the US. Catherine is an excellent, kind, and nice host. The rooms were lovely. The bed is luxurious. And the breakfasts with a view of the ocean will set you up for your trip. I appreciate your hospitality. We'll come back.

I got to know the staff well on my first four visits. All the hostesses were firstclass. On my last visit, last weekend in June, I had not met the new owner. Her name is Katherin and nothing has changed, it is still the best place in Helensburgh for me. Also, captain Katherin has retained the same crew members as her first companion, first officer who runs a clean ship. Permission to return to the captainboard. David Kyle Glasgow. I adore Helensburgh.

This great bed and breakfast is highly recommended by us. We had to change our stays three times, which was done by the proprietor because there was no other issue. We remained in the heron suite, which has stunning views and chairs positioned directly at the window to unwind and enjoy the scenery. Our bathroom was right next door, just off the landing, but it was not an issue because the most lovely dressing gowns and slippers were provided. I intended to inquire where I could buy one before we left because it was so soft and fluffy! All the little touches make this a special place, where you are treated warm and nothing is too much difficulty. Warm scones with cream are served on arrival with either tea or coffee. Bottled water is available in the room, with tools to make your own brew if you like. There was also a mint left on each bedside table. Breakfast was also delicious! We adore the old creaky floorboards and high ceilings in all the rooms. We would not think twice about coming back.

I would absolutely suggest this little hidden gem on the clyde coast. I've stayed at this lovely I twice, and it's exactly the same with the new proprietors, cassie and family. The rooms are large, charming, Scottish themed, warm, and very comfortable with the commies bed ever. Sea views, wonderful food, and the warmest welcome from Cassie who cannot do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble. It's a little out of town but still 2 minutes from the town centre, and the house is just 50 yards from the water and is pretty. Cassie has taken over from the previous owners and I'm sure she will do a good job.
