Michael • Family Trip
Very good family room, lots of space, a huge bed and a sofa bed, another sofa with 2 chairs and a table. We stayed in the lower ground floor (basement) which didn't sound good at first, but was actually a very new part of the hotel. Bathroom was also modern and good. No conditioner which was unusual for a hotel, so bring your own or but from one of the convenience stores nearby. Also a nearby Tesco, Superdrug and bakeries. Also less than 5 minutes from Paddington station so a very convenient place to stay.

Great location and a very nice hotel. The staff is superb. Can't say enough about how great all of the staff is. Beds are a little soft for my taste, but others in our family thought they were great. I would stay again.

All of the staff was extremely helpful as our family of 9 arrived. Daniel was awesome and Pedro even opened the bar a few minutes early for me one evening. Couldn't ask for better attention from the staff.
