Séjour parfait en famille – je recommande à 100 % ! Nous avons séjourné au Notting Hill Gate Hotel en chambre triple avec mes deux enfants, et tout était vraiment top du début à la fin. La chambre était parfaitement adaptée pour nous trois : chacun avait son espace pour dormir, ce qui est vraiment appréciable en famille. La salle de bain était propre, et globalement la propreté de l’hôtel est irréprochable. Un énorme point fort pour le personnel : absolument adorable ! Que ce soit à l’accueil ou le personnel d’entretien, tout le monde était souriant, bienveillant et aux petits soins. Mention spéciale pour la femme de ménage, vraiment gentille, qui prenait soin de recharger chaque jour les dosettes de café et de lait. À la réception, ils ont été particulièrement attentionnés avec mes enfants, toujours à discuter et plaisanter avec eux — ils ont adoré ! L’emplacement est tout simplement idéal : métro et bus juste à côté, avec de nombreuses lignes directes (même vers les musées), ce qui facilite énormément les déplacements. Tout est accessible à pied : restaurants, supermarchés, boutiques… Le quartier est vivant mais l’hôtel est situé dans une impasse, donc très calme la nuit — parfait pour bien dormir. Seul petit point à noter : l’isolation sonore pourrait être améliorée, on entend légèrement les chambres voisines. Mais cela ne nous a absolument pas empêchés de passer de très bonnes nuits. En résumé : un excellent séjour, un hôtel chaleureux, pratique et parfaitement situ

Our stay at the Notting Hill Gate Hotel was great.The location was excellent.- especially when needing to get to Heathrow during strike action which closed all underground stations. Although we didn't have a window we could look out nor open, we had an A/C unit which kept the room comfortable. The bathroom was newly renovated and the shower was wonderful. They also provided us with fresh towels every day which was unexpected but appreciated. I would definitely stay here again on another visit.

The location is great and the staff friendly. There is no AC, but had two fans that were enough. Close to public transportation (both metro and bus) close the the famous Notting Hill landmarks and market. Wide options for good food and supermarkets. No elevator, but is not a big deal.

Embora seja um hotel simples, ele foi extremamente eficaz no que se propôs. O Staff foi muito simpático e prestativo. Banheiro funcional, camas confortáveis. Havia disponível uma chaleira elétrica e algumas unidades de café e chá. Localização maravilhosa, próximo a uma estação do underground e paradas de ônibus. O bairro tem muitas opções de compras e passeios, além de ser um bairro charmoso. O quarto pode ser um pouco pequeno para 4 pessoas, como nossa estadia foi curta isso não foi um problema, mas já sabíamos desta realidade. Enfim, fomos surpreendidos positivamente com a nossa estadia. Recomendo. Excelente custo-benefício.

A localização é ótima e o quarto 1 estava muito limpo, chuveiro, ar condicionado e aquecedor excelente … foram gentis em guardar minhas malas após o check-in, só voltei pra pega-las à noite e isso me ajudou muito… Não consegui isso em um grande hotel em Manchester e me atrapalhou muito , então sou muito grata ao Notting Hill Gate Hotel pela gentileza e humanidade diferenciada

This is an outstanding option for a budget stay in Kensington. Yes, the rooms are very small, but perfectly habitable with nice bed, bathroom and very friendly staff. And it's so, so cheap. Basically if your focus is on being in central London and you don't mind a hotel that's not too fancy, you can't do much better than this!
