Comfortable, quiet rooms and an early breakfast, perfect for early flights from Stansted.

Very helpful and understanding staff. Room was clean and had air conditioning, which was after a week in the UK without any a huge relief.

After a long and difficult journey from Bologna, with significant delays due to adverse weather, arriving at Novotel Stansted was a genuine relief. The team were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making it easy to rest and reset before continuing our journey. Thank you for the kindness and excellent service, it made a real difference.

The Novotel was far better than other similar priced hotels that I have stayed in before.

Excellent hotel for those early flights with comfortable rooms and a nice restaurant. My only gripe was the car park was full but thanks to a friendly front desk man we got a space.

We stayed a night here before the early next morning flight from Stansted. The hotel is amazing and We have stayed at other Novotel hotels before around the country and I must say we were NOT disappointed. Good size family rooms. Clean hotel and staff was brilliant. Parking charges are a bit steep for the night but the car park is very secure. We didn’t get to use any of the hotel facilities, however the restaurant is amazing.

I have been staying at this hotel regularly for the past couple of years and it is delightful. It is always spotless, the rooms are lovely with a very large tv. The food is also very good though drinks are very expensive ie £11 for a glass of of red wine. The cost overnight for a room though is reasonable.

A great hotel in the vicinity of the airport - a lovely stay with very clean bathroom and comfortable bed. The bar area is tidy and well maintained - staff very helpful and very friendly.

Does what we needed it to, not being local to stanstead and having an early morning flight, we decided to stay the night before and try and get some rest. Which we managed to do, it’s a short shuttle bus to the terminal which is £4 per person each way, car park seems secure and the price wasn’t too bad either. Will definitely use again

Very nice hotel! It was very convenient being so close to the airport too. On arrival I was given an airport shuttle timetable which was very helpful. When I am flying from Stansted again I will definitely consider booking this hotel again
