We stayed for a few days and the friendly staff cleaned the rooms completely without asking us about the room. They served a delicious breakfast. This place is close to the city center and the binocular railway. It is also close to the 7 vale railway.

The most wonderful stay I have ever had at this hotel, not only was I and my children made to feel so welcome, but they also went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and the exceptional bartender, who made us feel welcome and happy so much so that we were sad to leave. I will be back soon owing to this most enjoyable experience.

We stayed here as a family of 6 and we found it to be amazing. We were a little confused about the design and construction due to the look, but we were not let down, the building was fantastic and beautifully complemented! Caroline gave us a nice welcome, and nothing was too much difficulty. As we arrived early, the rooms were ready, and we were able to settle in. The additional amenities were a lovely touch, and check-in went smoothly. The rooms were very spacious, light, and bright. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were quite cozy. In the rooms, there is also a plate and cutlery in case you chose a takeaway, it's a terrific idea! We enjoyed the spontaneous piano and spoon performance in the cozy bar! We had a great time and have reserved one again in October. Thank you to Caroline and the entire hotel staff, keep up the fantastic job!.

I just got back from a wonderful evening at the Parlors Hall Hotel. From start to finish, I was completely impressed. I went with open mind knowing that it was an historic structure and that there would be peculiarities and numerous characteristics, and I wasnt let down. The front of house staff was incredibly welcoming as soon as I walked in the reception area, and I was led to where to park complimentary. The checking in process was really expert, useful, instructive, and extremely friendly, and I was anticipating a wonderful weekend here. The late night drinks service was excellent, and the beautiful lady and I loved how the drinks were all served in beautiful cut glass, which was such a wonderful touch. Our room was ideal for me as it was very light and bright with opening windows, which is important to me. Toiletries, a box of tissues, tea and coffee makers, and adorable biscuits were all present in our room, which was perfect for me because it was very bright and well-lit, and I needed some ventilation. There is a hair dryer, plenty of space, and premium coat hangers, although I didn't use them. They even offer plates and cutlery in your room if you bring a takeaway of some kind, which I thought was a terrific idea, and it was lovely of them to offer this fantastic idea. This is my second visit to this hotel. The staff were very welcoming and warm, this time we stayed in room one with a 4 poster bed, it had a lot more space than our previous stay and was clean and well-organized! Breakfast is basic but tasty! I will definitely stay in this hotel again in the future. Keep up the good work
