I had a great time. The bed bug issue has been discussed extensively in my readings. They are actively working on it. It is obvious that they dont want them there either. I was twice told that pest control would be done on my dorms, and the bathrooms are small. These were assured to be addressed as well through renovations at this location. This establishment stands out because of the welcoming personnel. From cleaning to reception, everyone is incredibly kind and courteous to polite visitors. Although it isnt rated as merely etiquette, it serves as an hostel rather than relocating to five stars. In the future, ill stay here again for at least one night and if not, maybe he will enjoy drank booze at the pub.

I had a great time staying at this hostel. Its very affordable and the environment is friendly and lively. And i particularly loved the warm reception and services ive always received from their staff Zu and angel, their hospitality services and friendliness was top notch. I will recommend this hotel because it is worth it.

The hostel is located in the heart of london and is conveniently close to all the best attractions and tourist attractions. Zu is the friendliest person ive ever met, and her hot chocolate is out of this world! I would only recommend visiting for the hot cocoa and the experience.

After reading the reviews, i was pleasantly surprised to find this place to be better than ive anticipated. I stayed in the allfemale dorm with three friends, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. It is reasonably priced when compared to other options in town, you get what you pay for. The beds were spotless, making the room feel secure. Many lovely women were introduced. Although there are some questionable individuals in that pub area, avoid it because it has a cool atmosphere, the entire staff was always friendly.

Love it here, it does exactly what it says on the tin, its so diverse and welcoming and gives off a true family vibe downstairs. I always enjoy my time here. Special thanks to the top man, he is very efficient at what i do. Im sure other staff will be as productive as u are, but o always have the pleasure of Ben keep up the good work, guys.

A fantastic experience at the phoenix. All facilities and rooms were immaculate. But the highlight of my stay was zus hot chocolate, it was by far the best hot cocoa ive ever had!.

The cleanliness here was very good, especially for the female room that i booked. And then, the price is worth with what ive got here. After that, they dont allow me to use the bathroom because it is so small. Subsequently, their workers were amazing.

I stayed there for two nights in a womens sevenbed room. The room was small but adequate and there are lockers to keep your belongings safe. It wasnt very clean and i was glad to have my sleeping bag with me, but he didnt expect much from an affordable hostel in the city and to me the atmosphere matters most. Mike is incredibly nice and made sure ive felt safe, seen and had all the things u need. Breakfast and beer are good and you can meet many different people at the bar.

If you want to stay for a while in the city of london, this is incredibly nice hostel. It has supper and eats at tavern on the ground floor with good prices and funny, always friendly staff, especially zu, who you can always have eve conversations with. You cant anticipate it to always be spotless if you have about 15 people in idly room, but theyre doing their best. Regents park and hide park are close by, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets on erdware road just down the street.
