The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows. Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill. Other than the noise and parking, everything else was great.

This hotel is beautifully presented being very clean, comfortable and modern. Furnished and decorated to a high standard with superb customer service and friendly staff. If you have a Sea View Room the Sun Sets are amazing but if not you can sit on the terrace of the highly recommended Atlantic Restaurant. We only stayed for the one night for a quick getaway at the beginning of Winter and would definitely go back again.

It's amazing this place has a great location, wonderful rooms, and great restaurants and service, the staff is very helpful and polite, and it also looks amazing with its comfort and clean decoration. We will be back. Highly recommended.

There is free parking in front of the hotel and additional parking in a nearby public car park. Well-equipped private residents lounge with coffee and tea-making facilities. The adjacent restaurant is managed by a separate staff. All employees were pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again when next in the area.

We just got back from a wonderful week at the Polozeath Beach House. The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, even transporting our Sainsbury's delivery to our door. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything you required for a relaxing stay, including a midweek change of towels and bedding. The location is unrivaled, with spectacular views of the ocean, stunning sandy beaches, and a multitude of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The Atlantic Kitchen and Bar served excellent dishes, you must try their 20 pizzas! We will undoubtedly be back shortly.

Just back from a winter stay which didn’t disappoint. Very small feedback would be occasionally staff could clear messy tables quicker. The food in the restaurant is fab. The staff are friendly. The room was lovely, modern and clean. Great location for exploring other areas. I would stay again.

Location was spectacular. Great view from the patio and restaurant. Short walk down to the beach. The view overlooked all of Polzeath Beach and cove. The food was hit and miss. We had a great starter, but both of our pasta dishes were undercooked (not close to al dente). The place was very busy and it seemed like the manager/owner was juggling multiple roles (manager, host, waiter, etc.) The room was clean and nicely appointed. However, there were multiple doors to push through in the hallways which made trekking your luggage to your room a bit challenging. Much easier when they were propped open. Overall it was a nice stay. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
