I stayed here for 2 nights to attend a family wedding. The staff was very friendly. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable, if a bit soft, but thats a personal choice. The pillows were however much too soft, it's like sleeping on a marshmallow.

Nevertheless, we misplaced our reservation at the most upscale hotel in the city center, and the friendly receptionists here saved us, so we came here. The lovely, convenient hostel is also convenient for the uni where we live. And it serves beer as well, which we liked. Friendly and helpful personnel.

The location of the hotel was easy for the commuters, clean and comfortable, felt safe and quiet, good night's sleep. The restaurant was within walking distance and the price was reasonable.

The only downside was the small dining room, which was difficult to get to. The positive aspects of this hotel are the superb breakfast and friendly employees. The positive side of this hotel is that everything is great. We had a perfect experience while staying at the Toby Carvery. The first-floor hotel was a dream of mine, because we were looking for a hotel that was simple to access without crossing the street. The first-floor has a well-appointed swimming pool. We had the best view of the entire city. The check-out process was quick and accommodating. We hoped it didn't have an evening dinner. The check-out employee was a lot of pleasant and pleasant. Luckily, the Toby Carvery is right next door, which is ideal. We had all the necessities in our room and it was clean. The shower was fine, with a large shower head and plenty of hot water, and the bathroom was spotless. Although it appeared to be a little drier in the morning and it took some time to send a brief message. I presumed that everybody might have switched on at once.

The staff was very kind and considerate. Our room was lovely and clean with the best shower ever. Parking was very easy and close to the reception. We can not complain about our stay. I will stay here again the next time I visit Aberdeen.

Clean and convenient. Unfortunate very noisy people two nights in a row in room above us woke us up. Staff seemed stretched and were often not at the front desk. Company cutting corners? Thanks for the accessible bathroom: great grab bars and easier access bathtub/shower. Had to ask twice for a nonslip mat. Also, why not put wifi info in the room, rather than on small cards in the corner of the reception desk where they’re hard to find? Overall, good enough for what we needed.

The hotel is below average for premier inn. The room and bed is ok, though there was a smell the whole time we were there, except when the window was open. The wifi was so poor that you couldnt complete a single search. The breakfast was smaller that premier inn normally has it. For the price it wasnt worth it.
