Clean room, not the most modern rooms but given they run at a high occupancy they were in great condition. Bathroom clean, lots of towels and hand/ body soap, only gripe was the toilet paper holder was what you would see in a public toilet. Staff - amazing, kiosks wouldn’t work upon arrival and checked everyone in swiftly. I didn’t eat on site but it was so busy I strongly recommend if you are staying pre-book. Check out was smooth, quick and again so friendly!

It was a long walk to the LG arena , as no shuttle buses from hotel , a bit of a wait for food , need more staff at evening mealtime , otherwise great staff were most helpful and pleasant

Overnight stay to watch a concert at LG Arena.Very impressed with the service i received.The meal deal including breakfast was fantastic value.They also provided a taxi service outside to get everyone to the gig.Would use this hotel again the next time im here to watch a concert.Keep up the good work!!!!

Booked fairly last minute for Crufts visit - prices very high as hotel nearly full. Expected a noisy time being saturday night but had a really good nights sleep ahead of what was going to be a busy day. Would stay again, hotel very clean and comfortable, and very quiet considering. No planes heard even though airport very very close. Breakfast excellent. We did have noisy very early morning packers in the room above, so the only thing i would change would be to ask for a room on top floor. Expedia should sort out their paperwork though, it says free parking and its not - its £6 a day which you pay at a machine at hotel entrance, it is free for first 2 hours only.

Very pleased with our first visit to a Premier Inn. Visiting NEC so perfectly placed for that. Hotel comfortable and clean, and staff very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast good, dinner fine but could have been better. Over all a good experience and we'd definitely start at a Premier Inn again.

Have stayed at this hotel overnight for the past four years whilst attending a conference at the NEC, would recommend it. one minus point, car parking is expensive, not stayed in any other hotel whereby you have to pay for parking.
